    This beautiful 3 bedroom Villa is located in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walking distance from Fireman's bay (Malama) and all the pubs and restaurants in Kapparis.

    The property is set on a very good sized plot of land with high fences offering plenty of privacy around the swimming pool and garden area leaving ample space for outdoor entertaining and for relaxing under the beautiful Cyprus Sunshine.

    Upon entering the property you are met with a modern and sunny open plan interior, with fully fitted kitchen and granite breakfast bar.

    Upstairs are 3 good sized double bedrooms all with private veranda and a family bathroom. The main bedroom has an en-suite.



    The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive from the villa, with lots of attractions and lively nightlife. There are many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from, and lots of sandy beaches all along the coast with water sports as well as a water park.

Good sized rooms and spacious villa.

Enjoyable stay slightly ruined by the noise and dust ftom building work on adjacent site which is not mentioned or disclosed in Home and Away information pack.
