No expense has been spared on this Luxurious four-bedroom seafront villa with an overflow swimming pool and mature gardens, 20 meters away from a beautiful secluded beach.

Located in the very centre of Protaras and within walking distance from Sunrise and Figtree bay beaches this villa has the following amenities.

En suite bathroom, Two extra bathrooms one with bath tub and bidet and one with shower. There is also an poolside shower with hot/cold water selection.



The kitchen is not only fully equipped with a dish/washing machine but also a built in ceramic hob and stainless steel oven, and granite tops. Utensils include everything from all size pots and pans to wine, wine coolers even an electric knife sharpener. Blender, coffee machines and microwave are also included

The living room is fully furnished with luxury furniture and an 8 person dining suite. A brand new smart 55 inch HD TV with SKY statellite connetion and free on demand video library is also connected to the built in speakers that run across each bedroom and pool area. A centralised amplifier powers the house speakers, enabling the user to select where the music can be played. PlayStation 3 with many various games is included. Wi-Fi and internet coverage is available through out the premises.

The pool and garden area are equipped with 8 luxury sun beds, large umbrella, LED garden abiance lights and speakers. The garden is also equipped with cozy outdoor sofa and armchairs and a hammock under the mature palm trees.



Car park can accommodate up to 2 cars.

The is also a softener system installed, purifying the water and leaving body and hair silky and smooth after every wash.

A specialized open water sea kayak is also available in the price for the sport enthusiast.

Die Beschreibung auf der FeWo entspricht überhaupt nicht der Tatsache. Derart schlechte Ausstattung haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Family Holiday

The property is clean, tidy and has all the amenities you require it is large and spacious so a family of 6 adults never felt Cramped, three showers ensure no one was waiting for each other to get ready. Location is superb, at the bottom of the garden is a lovely cove not ideal for sunbathing (bit rocky) but beautiful for swimming and snorkelling. The main beach Fig Tree Bay is 15-20 mins walk along a lovely coastal path. Protaras main area is a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants/bars and shops. Victoria the property manager was extremely helpful and always at the end of a phone. The minor negatives and I say this as every parties requirements are different are the property is a little tired especially the showers could do with a few new enclosures but they still get you wet and clean each evening. The pool area is a little unsafe for younger children as the patio doors open up onto the Terrance which has no barrier to the pool which is a few feet down. There was only one Kayak which was an individual one so if you were looking to go out as a couple as we were this was not possible. Other than this I would highly recommend using Villa Ricky!!!!

Excellent location

Great location. 10 minutes walk into Protaras where the bars and restaurants are. The house itself is a little tired and could do with modernising but the views are incredible. Waking up every morning to the gorgeous sea view was so relaxing. The garden and pool was nice and maintained. Would go back due to location.

A great stay

The villa was clean, bright and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It’s location is it’s best selling point - sea views and less than 100 yards from a sheltered beach. It’s just outside of Protaras main town which meant it was quiet and the walk in each evening was easy and pleasant (were there right at the end of the season so there weren’t that many people around). We loved the kayak! It certainly added to the fun on the beach A couple of issues with the villa - the space between villa and its pool is short and open so I wouldn’t recommend staying there if You have young children. We had some rain while we there and moss etc from the roof washed into the pool, so it didn’t look v inviting. Also the steps down from the patio are steep and the lighting poor at night - Older people might struggle with them! We would certainly rent it again

Pro’s and con’s

Size of property, location, friendliness of staff, problems dealt with straight away, regular pool cleaning all great. Disappointed with interior and exterior decoration. Bathrooms needed updating and garden furniture very worn. Would have liked a more regular cleaning and bed changing service. More thorough cleans before new people arrive is needed. For example, toothbrush holder in main bedroom encrusted with old toothpaste

Fantastic villa in an excellent location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ricky. The villa itself had everything we needed and was perfect for us and our children (age 5 and 7) - having the garden for them to run around in and the beach so close by was great, we even took the kayak out a few times. The pool was lovely (if a little chilly) and I enjoyed the views from the patio. The villa is also within walking distance of the fabulous fig tree bay and the main Protaras strip. The only downside was the building works that are going on nearby of presumably some new apartments but even these didn't bother us too much. Also there is an unprotected drop from the patio to the pool so I'm not sure the villa would be suitable for those with younger children than ours.
