Our villa is ideally located in the Center of Pernera, close to all major amenities and only 2 minutes’ walk from the Pernera Resort Beach. The villa is a perfect place for families and groups, whilst Pernera is considered one of the most popular areas for relaxing in Cyprus.

Enjoy the elegance of this fully renovated villa, the ideal place for families or groups of people for their holidays in the beautiful and relaxing area of Pernera. If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge your batteries this villa is the perfect place!

The property is located just 200m from the beach, and the famous restaurant of Aiyialos where you can enjoy fresh fish and great food, but also only 200m from a small supermarket where you can buy most of the supplies that you will need! If you are looking for a bigger supermarket METRO can be found only 4 minutes away by car.

As you enter the house you will come upon the open plan living area, where you will find the beautiful living room area and the kitchen, the perfect area to sit and relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a stove and oven, a washing machine, dishwasher, a toaster, and kettle! Additionally, you will find all the utensils and cookware to prepare most of the meals that you like, and you can enjoy them on the dining table right next to the kitchen!

On the ground floor you will also find the toilet, and one of the three bedrooms that feature a relaxing double bed and large sliding doors on both sides that you can open and enjoy the cool breeze.

On the top floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom! The master bedroom features a double bed and the second bedroom features a small bed! Both bedrooms feature closets where you can store your belongings! The second bedroom also features a balcony with a relaxing street view!

Every room in the house features a split unit air-conditioning, that you can utilize to keep you call during the hot days of the summer!

In the outside space of the house, you will find the spacious backyard where you can find the bbq facilities where you can prepare some of your favorite meals and enjoy them on the dining table located under the covered area!

Overall the house is functional and highly operational, it can easily accommodate up to 6 people and provide them with everything they will need to enjoy their holidays and create memories that they will remember for life with their family and loved ones!

Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.


FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

ELECTRICITY

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
