The staff are the best part of this stay. They are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The property itself, however, could be better maintained. I did notice some renovation work taking place during my stay, so hopefully the condition will improve for future guests. One thing I have experienced before in London, but that still surprises me, is that many older properties have not been upgraded with elevators or central heating. Depending on your room, you may need to carry your luggage up several floors using very-very narrow and steep staircases. This isn't necessarily a complaint, but more of a heads-up for first-time visitors to London, especially those traveling with heavy luggage or who may have difficulty with stairs. Despite these drawbacks, I would personally stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenient location, and, above all, the friendly staff. For me, it's a good option for a short stay of one or two nights.

Room was clean room the floor was just lil be noisy breakfast was alright. Not much vegetarian food on the menu.
