They falsely advertise there “Ocean View” rooms . There are no actual “ocean view” rooms unless you are part of diamond club … I paid for a “Luxury Ocean View” room and got a view of a pool and literally a corner of the beach . They did not offer an upgrade for the inconvenience…
There is a temporary $300 dollar charge due at check -in … they did not mention this prior to booking
The hot tubs/whirlpools are not hot and the staff refused to fix them

We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon."

"I checked in on 06/18 our bathroom floor was wet(as if it was just mopped). We didn’t realize at first and walked on it. This caused the floor to get dirty. That’s also a safety hazard. Someone could have slipped. There was a person assigned to us because of my Expedia membership. She was not very helpful. Poor customer service. On 07/21/26 we ran out of shower gel. We called and were told the property had none. They said they would provide bar soap. We never received it!!! Call to the numbers...

"Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre s éjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous."

"Honestly, I wish we never booked here. However, it was last minute and we heard it was a good place to stay, that mustve been a looong time ago. FIRST, we paid for ALL INCLUSIVE and it felt like it didn't include anything. The room they gave us was not what we saw on the website. Fridge was empty. No room service (had to ask for towels and washcloths) Room was never cleaned, Bathroom door was broken. There were time slots for breakfast (7:30am-10am), lunch (12pm-4), and dinner (6:30pm-10pm)....

"Nous avons passé une semaine au Bluewater Resort & Spa et c’était vraiment un excellent séjour.
Les plages et les piscines sont superbes, et tout le matériel mis à disposition est de très bonne qualité. Côté repas, nous avions opté pour la formule all-inclusive et nous avons été très agréablement surpris : les restaurants inclus sont vraiment excellents et les plats sont très bien préparés.
Un grand point positif : malgré notre séjour en basse saison, l'hôtel a maintenu un niveau de service...
