Paradise Villas unit #5 is a 2 bedroom condominium with a patio and access to the shared pool and laundry facility. It is located within a short walk to convenience store, public beach and the world renown Atlantis! Newly furnished we made sure you have all the comfort to feel at home! It's a perfect vacation home for families or groups looking for a safe and convenient environment in the heart of Paradise Island. We can accomodate up to 6 travellers, however there is only one bathroom.

Pick-up from the airport , boat day , jet-ski session, we can help you in arranging your activities! Contact us for more information.

To get around everything is walking distance on Pardise Island. If you want to visit New Providence and Nassau, a ferry is available from the bridge and runs until 6 pm. It is very convenient to get a taxi or rent a car for the day or more. A parking space is available for free.

Amazing location. Short walk to Atlantis, even short to an amazing beach. The area is quiet, friendly and feels very safe. Property included everything needed for a short stay and was an excellent retreat at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

Good Location

Location is great if you're wanting to explore all of what Paradise Island has to offer. 10 min walk to Atlantis and 10 min walk to Cable beach (which is great). The unit is priced right: beds are just okay (clean), pillows aren't great, overall it could use some TLC, but the 6 beach towels are great and for the location the price is right. Property Manager was very responsive. Wifi was good.

Wonderful potential and the most friendly people

We only had one problem with the laundry area which Lou had rectified immediately. Please note to bring quarters if you intend on using the laundry facility. Other than that, the nearby beaches were amazing!!! The other tenants in the facility were amazing and extremely helpful! I cant emphasize how much we enjoyed the people of new providence! Would definitely visit this paradise island again.

Good location - Needs update

Ground floor was nice. Kitchen clean, would need some minor update but ok. Good AC. Beds ok.The only bathroom needs a total redo. Faucet not working properly, sink not draining, caulking dirty, etc. Not expecting top quality as the price is reasonable, but bathroom needs a redo.

Perfect fit for our needs

Our small, recently graduated Girl Scout Troop stayed and it was a perfect fit for our needs. The kitchen was helpful for low-cost in-house meals and the walk to Marina Village and the ferry dock was very manageable. The girls enjoyed the pool and the area was very quiet. The extra beach towels came in very handy! Our host was very informative and accommodating. I would recommend it for a reasonably priced vacation!

Affordable Stay In Paradise (Island)

The property is spacious and clean. The location is great. You can walk everywhere in Paradise Island. Cabbage Beach is gorgeous and a short and easy walk from this apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and affordable place to stay on PI, this is it!

Great location

We had a great week in the Bahamas. This property is a nice walking distance to restaurants and Atlantis. Bathroom could use updating, but for the price this was a great way to enjoy the island on a budget.

I traveled here with my 3 teenage daughters and we had a blast! Cute little condo perfect for us. We walked to Atlantis and the beach every day. Some taxi drivers did not know the name of the condos "Paradise Villas," but I just gave them directions no biggie. Super cute and affordable

Great location

Wonderful location with easy access to Altantis or the less crowded areas of Cabbage Beach, Violas or the Cabbage Beach Bistro. About half an hour to walk to the straw market area. House was clean and the pool area would be great for families with small children. Loved our stay.

Good for the price

It was clean and a great location. We had a few issues which were responded to relatively quickly. The place is dated. Especially the bathroom. The plumbing needs to be updated. We had no water one day which they fixed quickly. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay. But you get what you pay for. We would also choose the restaurants Violas and Anthonys over anything in Atlantis.

No A/C and no internet

I arrived on Tuesday afternoon and did not get the A/C turned on until Thursday. No internet the whole time, which was bad because I then had to pay for my phone provider to allow international use. Next time I will pay more for a better place.

We have just come back from our stay in the Bahamas and this property was a good choice and a value for money. Kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated however the whole property was very clean. The kitchen equipment is slightly limited but we managed without fail. The owner has left little things for us such as coffee machine filters, aluminium foil, coffee, rum cake which was a lovely touch. There was plenary of towels for frequent change and beach towels were also supplied. There is a nice patio/balcony and garden furniture for which the cushions were also supplied. The pool is literally 5 steps from the front door and is cleaned / maintained weekly. We did scoop some leaves when there as the net was on the side. Having a pool there was lovely as after some serious walking (we walked to Nassau and back and to many other places as didn’t want to use cabs) as we just got into our swimmers and jumped in. The washers and washer / dryer are within the complex for communal use ($1.50 and $2). All is all it is a nice property, not the highest standard but very clean and in a fantastic location.
