As you enter the apartment, you step into a warm and inviting living room. The walls are painted a soothing neutral color, and large windows on one side allow plenty of natural light to flood the space during the day. The focal point of the room is a comfortable sofa bed, upholstered in soft, earthy tones, which can easily accommodate additional guests. A coffee table sits in front of the sofa, providing a convenient spot for drinks or snacks while watching TV or reading a good book. On the wall opposite the sofa, there’s a flat-screen TV mounted for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator, a gas stove and oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Ample countertop space and a large sink make meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. The cabinets are sleek and contemporary, offering plenty of storage for your cookware, utensils, and pantry items. A small dining table that seats four is positioned near the kitchen, making it convenient for quick meals or casual dining. This apartment boasts two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a queen-sized bed with crisp white linens and soft pillows. A large window lets natural light flood the room during the day, and there’s a spacious closet for your clothing. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a cozy double bed and its own closet space. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with soothing color schemes and artwork, creating a relaxing atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. It features a walk-in shower with glass doors, a modern vanity with a mirror and ample storage space underneath, and a toilet. The shower is tiled in neutral colors and has a rainfall showerhead, providing a spa-like experience for your daily routines. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. From the living room, you can step out onto a charming small veranda through sliding glass doors. The veranda is furnished with a couple of comfortable chairs and a small table, making it an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. It offers a pleasant view of the surrounding neighborhood and a breath of fresh air.
Copies of all passports and IDs for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. Access to the property will not be granted until Phaedrus Living has verified satisfactory identification—such determination being at the sole discretion of Phaedrus Living. The lead guest must be 20 years of age or older to stay at the property. Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In the event of lost keys, the guest is responsible for a service fee of 35–60 euros to replace the lock. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction and notification to the police. Phaedrus Living will not refund booking fees in such cases. Guests must comply with building rules and procedures. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition as they were at the start of the stay. Guests are responsible for paying for any breakages, necessary repairs, or replacements. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of Phaedrus Living. The guest must notify Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance, and the extension is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the reservation extension. If the guest violates any of the conditions specified above, Phaedrus Living reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately.
