Fabulous apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in nest. It had everything I needed and just a short stroll down to the water, which was lovely. Gabrielle and Kim were both very helpful with any queries I had. Highly recommend for one or two.

Home from Home

- but with the sun shining. I’m disabled and need crutches and/or a wheelchair to get around. I could walk to the beach. Flat Promenade to all restaurants. Beautiful secluded garden for lazy lunches. Everything you could need for a restful holiday. We will be back.

Excellent property,every little detail thought of, we arrived and was plesently surprized how quaint authentic it was but we struggled with no air con in kitchen diner. (Air con bedroom) There is a fan, but not adequate in cooling the room down. Outside of the summer months this property would be perfect. Excellent location ,some lovely restaurants near by and the sea is in your doorstep.

Superbe petit nid d'amour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce très joli petit logement, où l'on se sent de suite comme a la maison. Il est situé a environ 80 metres de la plage, que l'on aperçoit depuis la terrasse. Tout était parfait, l'emplacement un peu en retrait du coeur de village de Latchi lui apporte le calme. La route a proximité donne parfois un peu de bruit, mais ca n'a pas été pour nous bien derangeant. Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour !!!

Ich hatte einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war sauber und war schön eingerichtet. Das Meer war innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Ich habe die Vermieter nicht persönlich getroffen, trotzdem hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. In der kleinen könnte ich mich super selbst versorgen.ich kann das Appartement nur empfehlen.

Amazing Place with nice hosts

ARSINOE 29 is an amazing place. Lovely locacted close to the beach. The home is arranged with love and quite some attention to bigger and smaller details. We enjoyed Cyprus also because of our home, which felt like a home for us during our stay. A big THANK YOU to our nice hosts. Being back in snowy Germany after 28-29 degrees on Cyprus, we are thinking already going back soon.. and if so, ARSINOE 29 is high on our list where we would love to stay.

Everything that we expected. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent shower. Close to the sea and easy to walk to Latchi centre or Polis town. Good restaurants nearby. Beach very close.

Lovely little bolthole by the sea!

A fabulous stay with everything we needed for the perfect holiday for 2! Gabriele’s place was the best size and location for us while we were visiting Cyprus. Just a stone’s throw away from the wonderful Polis beach and a gorgeous walk along the boardwalk to nearby Latchi, the apartment is ideally suited to those who want to just kick back and relax 😁 The apartment itself has everything you could need and the little balcony is often where we found ourselves, Gabriele provided all the information we could possibly need to get there and the apartment itself. We would definitely stay again on our next venture to Cyprus! Thank you for letting us stay ☺️

New Experience in Arsinole

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Positives: • The accommodation is in an attractive setting, less than 4 minutes’ walk to the beach. It is well equipped, with useful items in storage in the garage. Space is adequate for 2 people with a usable balcony. The small garden is a pleasant place to spend time. • The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was most welcome as nighttime temperatures were often in the region of 28C. • There were a couple of issues; these were resolved promptly. • Value for money. Negatives: • The bed was comfortable, but it was too short for me even though at 1.86m, I am not exceptionally tall. Not an issue for everyone. • More of an irritation, is noise from the road to the rear which runs between Latchi and Polis, which is favoured by some locals over the main road. At the time of our stay, during the day there was regular heavy vehicle traffic from a nearby development. The range of vehicles using the road means that some level of noise intrusion continues throughout the day and can extend into the night. The road noise issue was advised by the owners, but only after the booking had been made, as a “weekend issue”, which, at present is not the case. Note: The apartment is in a small block on the 1st floor with its own covered parking space below. I had a small rental car which it was possible to park in this space, but practice would be needed to make this an easy operation; parking across the entrance to this space, does not impede others.

Gemütliches Appartment für zwei

Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage zum Meer ist perfekt für ein Bad vor dem Frühstück. Leider lag das Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin. Für uns war es durchgängig nicht möglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Wir haben und damit beholfen, indem wir die große Tür zum Balkon im Wohnzimmer nachts offen ließen. So konnten wir die Woche dennoch sehr genießen.

Sehr gemütliche, kleine Wohnung!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Fernsehgerät für gelegentliches Nachrichten sehen hätte das ganze noch getoppt. In ca. 700 m Luftlinie besitzen wir ein eigenes Ferienhaus und haben deshalb diese Wohnung wegen eines Badumbaus gerne benutzt. Wir werden die Wohnung jederzeit gerne weiter empfehlen. Das Nest

Im Apartment fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es ist umfänglich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar die Auswahl der Literatur wie auch der Musik- CDs entspricht genau unserem Geschmack. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Eine Bleibe mit Herz!

Unsere erste Anreise auf Zypern gestaltete sich leider insgesamt holprig, wegen der immer noch andauernden Probleme an den rheinischen Flughäfen. Die warme Ausstrahlung des liebevollen "Nest" nach der Ankunft beruhigte uns jedoch umgehend! Die letzten möglichen Blicke vom Balkon vor der einsetzenden Dunkelheit, versprachen "Schönes" für den nächsten Morgen! Eine großzügige Küche, vom Gastgeber perfekt ausgestattet, bietet dem Urlauber alles was man sich wünschen kann. Das hübsche Schlafzimmer ist mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, Kleiderschrank und genügend Platz ausgestattet. Ferner mit einer wertvollen und leicht bedienbaren Klimaanlage, die wir gerne immer wieder für einen kurzen Zeitraum aktivierten. Das Badezimmer hält großzügig Stauraum für die üblichen Körperpflegeutensilien bereit, verfügt über einen integrierten Haartrockner sowie der Möglichkeit einer kleinen Wäsche in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine. Der niedliche Wohnzimmerbereich ist mit einem passenden Sofa, einem bequemen Schwingsessel mit Leselampe, diversen Musik-CDs, DVDs, Büchern und Kartenmaterial ausgestattet. Der Balkon lädt einfach zum Verweilen ein. Der Blick von dort durch die Bäume in Richtung Meer begeisterte uns immer wieder aufs Neue. Ein hübsch angelegter Garten unter dem Balkon, rahmt diesen Blick noch zusätzlich ein. Eben ALLES mit HERZ! Der kurze Fußweg zum Strand, mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Liegen, ist völlig problemlos zu bewältigen. Ein einladender Spaziergang zum kleinen und idyllischen Hafen von Latsi führt über eine gepflegte Promenade. Während unseres Aufenthaltes begegneten wir ausschließlich friedlichen und freundlichen Mitmenschen! Die Umgebung rund um ARSINOE 29 bietet vielfältige Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten mit dem PKW oder auch per pedes. Frei nach dem Motto: "JEDEM genau DAS und WAS er benötigt!“ Wir haben eine intensive Woche der Erholung genossen, fühlen uns fortan verbunden und kommen gerne wieder. Auf das nächste Glas mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und Blick aufs Meer freuen wir uns schon jetzt! Mit Herz für die Gastgeber ein liebevolles DANKESCHÖN! B&C

Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist allerdings die "papierfreie" Toilettenspülung.

A great retreat for anyone who wants to unplug. Beautiful beach. Not far to restaurants and shops. After two weeks I did miss not having WiFi.
