This ground floor apartment is located on a well maintained complex with a shared pool, private parking, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, close to an excellent selection of shops, bars, cinema, ten-pin bowling, car & bike hire, restaurants & Tavernas. The complex of only 9 apartments is in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from the new Kings Avenue Mall, 10 minutes walk from Paphos harbour, 15 minutes walk from the Old Paphos Market, and around 250 metres to the 610 bus route connecting the two. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, bathroom, modern fully equipped solid oak kitchen, dining room and living room with TV, Blue-ray/ DVD player, stereo, and Wifi internet; there is a security safe and the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. Outside there is a patio with 6-seater furniture and a small garden with conifers, olive tree, orange & lemon trees & flowering bushes! An Electric and Charcoal BBQ's are also provided for al fresco dining and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The property is professionally managed and a welcome pack can be provided. High chair available and baby cot can be arranged for little ones!

Mooi appartement met een zeer complete keuken, een grote koelvriescombinatie en een wasmachine. Fijn dat je direct voor het appartement kan parkeren en dat je zo vanuit de huiskamer het heerlijke zwembad kan inwandelen. De haven met de boulevard is 20 a 25 minuten lopen en onderweg kom je allerlei horeca tegen. Een grote supermarkt is ongeveer een kwartier wandelen. Vlakbij is een bakker en wat minimarkets.

The property was in a great location although could be a bit noisy with through traffic. It was close to all amenties. Neighbours were pleasant, pool was ok and well maintained although we didn’t use it. Inside the property was a bit dated and the air conditioning was not working for the first 2 weeks. Although we accept things break down it seemed to take too long to sort out, not all down to the host but workmen. The final week when everything was working well it was really good

Lovely family apartment

October relaxation

We had a great time at this property,we were let down 24 hours before we flew out to Cyprus, and I contacted this property and was amazed and delighted that they accepted my booking ,the place is as described, very comfy and very clean , our only problem was WiFi went off at the end of our stay but that was not fault of owner , overall a great place to stay, a lovely walk into harbour area, lovely patio area ,nice and big ,we had pool area to ourselves and would probably like to come back in July time to experience the area again , thank you for letting us stay

Fabulous stay will stay again and highly recommended

Fabulous holiday. We stayed here for two weeks and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Everything you need is in the apartment -a real home from home we didnt want to leave. Property and pool very well maintained. Area lovely and quiet so good for quiet days at the apartment and in the pool. We should have bought less clothes due to their being a washing machine which was very handy. 10 minutes walk to restaurants, bars and the harbour. Bus stops all close to the apartment we used the 615 to go to coral bay three times for beach days. We recommend the Sea you Beach Bar on the way back from Coral Bay to eat, drink and watch a beautiful sunset before coming home. Shopping centre 15 minute walk with lots of shops, eateries and a cinema. Lots of kiosks for essentials like water bread etc minutes away from the apartment. We used to stevies taxis as recommended by the owner for rhe airport transfer. The owner was very accommodating and very helpful. Thankyou for a great stay Anna and Rob

Great property / well equipped / air con on a two hour timer

We had a great stay here. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. TV with British TV channels is a bonus. The air con is controlled by individual timer switches that run for a maximum of 2 hours. In July when we went it was very hot and 85% humidity. It was annoying waking up every time the air con stopped to turn it back on again. The switches are also ina really odd place. In the main bedroom they are behind the headboard of the bed, almost at floor level / so you have to pull the bed away from the wall to access it. There are fans in the ceiling but we still found we needed the air conditioning on in the evening. If they were on a four hour timer this would be better.

Chilled and relaxed holiday

This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment in Paphos and we were not disappointed. It was very much a home from home and very comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk from the sea front and there are lots of restaurants in the area. The 610 bus stops close to the apartment and it is about a 10 minute walk from the Kings Mall. Very clean and very comfortable. Will definitely return.

Lovely property good location very clean

We had a lovely week staying at sirena pafia ideal location couple of shops within 5 min walk and 10 min walk to bar street. We had the pool to ourselves all week which was great only problem only 3 sunbeds and there was 4 of us!!! Everything you needed was at the apartment even beach towels. Very clean and spacious would definately recommend to others. The only other issue we had was that we couldnt get TV to work but was quite nice spending a week without TV. Thanks for a lovely stay. This was a very relaxing holidy. The apartment has everything you need home from home.

Fantastic location, 20 minutes walk to the harbour and our favourite Light house beach was just a 20 minute walk. Our son had a great time too as there were two other families at the apartments and he loved playing in the pool with them. The pool is amazing very child friendly and very welcome in the heat. Just a 10 minute walk to the KIngs Avenue shopping Mall, the food and restaurants in Paphos never let you down, excellent quality and value for money. Can't wait to go back.

A great place to stay!

Lovely, clean and close to centre and Kings mall. The pool is private and almost dedicated to you. Fully equipped kitchen. I found a way how to stream Youtube on TV from iPhone via bluray box. A very local feeling in the restaurants we went - Nikos (fish meze), Agora (meat meze) and Argo (Kleftiko by request). Would definitely book them if we return to Cyprus! 5 stars :)

from my first email to the owner to the day we left was perfect. on arrival we had tea,coffee and milk as we requested. the apartment was immaculate inside and out. furniture was all solid wood and very sturdy., beds very comfy and outside furniture clean,modern and very good condition. kitchen and bathrooms are large size for an apartment so never felt cramped at all. sofas are super comfy too 5 yards from apartment to pool. cannot recommend enough for a holiday apartment. bus stop to harbour is a 5 min walk, although we walked to harbour area in 10 mins. the bus stop to coral bay is 10 mins maximum walk and bus stop to the old town area is a 3 min walk. shops are 3 mins walk so perfectly placed. The Mall is around a 10 minute walk as well. the apartment is very well situated. nothing is any problem for Jonathan . sent 5 emails, 1 responded to in 4 hours and the other 4 of them within 15 mins.. this was our first ever holiday apartment booking so had a few questions which all were answered promptly,Politely and gave us confidence.. best recommendation is that we will be using the apartment next year as well. thank you Jonathan for a lovely apartment for our holiday.

This was our second visit to the apartment and we will definately be going back again very soon. Ideally situated for beach, restaurants, bars and shops (car hire not necessary). Very nice clean pool area (you wont be fighting over sunbeds or space) Ideal for couples, families

Clean, well equipped and good location

We was very impressed of how well equipped the apartment was and very clean! The parking bay right outside your apt door is very convenient especially with kids. The pool is pretty much nether used by the other apts which means you get to use it alone. Will certainly consider staying here again if we go paphos again.
