Beautiful House on the River! Book now for Spring & Summer 2025!

Come enjoy the peace and relaxation! Sleep in quietly or wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee on the private dock. Maybe fish a little and catch your lunch or evening meal! Or if you’re not a morning person enjoy your favorite beverages on the dock later, or on the patio on those cool evenings. Grill your favorites on the grill in the gazebo overlooking the River. The house is located a short distance from the small town of Pangburn, AR on the banks of the Little Red River. Approximately 15-20 miles from larger towns, if you need that. This popular Ozark Mountain tail-water trout stream is beautiful in its own special way, running clear and cold, skirted by scenic hillsides alive with wildlife – otters, raccoons, deer, ducks, blue heron, and eagles. Plenty of nearby activities such as Greer's Ferry Lake, to fill your adventurous side, or just kick back and relax!

Lovely home in a quiet secluded area. Fishing from the dock while watching the sunset was so peaceful. The outside gazebo and sitting area is refreshing, you can hear the river below. The steep rock steps to the dock is beautiful but not elderly friendly. The game room was lots of fun!!! Overall a very relaxing experience!

Perfect perfect perfect!

Check in was easy, house was beautiful and spotless, everything was perfect. We had an amazing family weekend. We really couldnt have asked for any better honestly. The natural light that comes in the windows i loved. The master bed and bathroom were perfect. Theres absolutely nothing i could say negative about this stay. It was heaven! We all enjoyed it! Hope to do it again next year. Would definitely try to book this house again!! Would 1000% recommend it!!

This was such a relaxing vacay. The home was cozy and inviting with everything you could possibly need. Fishing was great!! Enjoyed sitting on the dock listening to the river flow and the gazebo offered a watch party of lightning bugs against the night sky. We will definitely be back!!

Our family had the best stay at this home located right on the Little Red River! The grandkids loved fishing. The home is spacious, clean and provided with all the essentials you will need plus more!

July 4th River Retreat

Beautiful property in a great location. The home is very nice, has me planning my dream home. The river views were spectacular and sitting on the rocks to watch fireworks and the nature with a cool breeze was amazing. We even caught several trout from the dock! The kids/teen loved hanging out upstairs in their space. There is also a nice study room that was set up as a game room downstairs! Definitely recommend and if opportunity arises we would book again. We even needed to make changes due to a hurricane hitting our home town and Jack answered right away and helped us out. Thank you again!

Beautiful home and it had all you needed if planned on staying there and using the amenities. You have to drive 20 minutes if you want to get to restaurants. We really loved it because we were looking to get away and relax!

Great place on the Little Red

Greatest house we have stayed at in 35 years of coming to the little red! Perfect backyard for our two little kids, great gazebo and dock! House was so clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all things you need. Jack was so easy to communicate with! We have already booked for a weekend stay in July!

Birthday fishing trip

2nd time here. Enjoyed it as much as the 1st time. Property is the nicest we’ve stayed in, in the area. Caught lots of trout which is a good thing since we like to trout fish. Thanks Jack for sharing your home.
