Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed, bunks, and a sleeper sofa. Relax by the community pool or soak in the incredible views from your 3rd floor balcony.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Inlet Dunes is a gated community located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Inlet Beach. Inlet Dunes is on the south side of 98 on S Orange Street and is in walking distance to the restaurants and events of Rosemary Beach and 30Avenue. Great view

Enjoyed our stay. Three flights of stairs as listed, but Great view when we got there. Clean.. Bathroom light went- called manager with super response time on replacement, called again regarding pool gate code not working. They texted they would get back with us, but we never got a response-wasn’t a bad walk to use front gate.. Easy:short walk to beach. Close to Rosemary beach/shops/restaurants.

inlet beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. this is a perfect location with public access to beach and a private, small complex. we didn’t feel like we were surrounded by tourists. there was a minor inconvenience when the gate lock did not work but we were leaving the next day so we just walked around to the main gate. also, the bed was a bit of a taco bed. not super comfortable but doable for a few days. otherwise, the unit was lovely with a great location and view.

Perfect Spot

Perfect Family Getaway

We have stayed at this location multiple times, and each time, we remark on what a five-star find it is! Perfect location, clean and spacious interior, with an uninhibited view of the Gulf and immediate access to the beach. We've used the beach rental company recommended by the property owner, which works great (they deliver to the front door and pickup upon departure). An easy 10-minute stroll into Rosemary Beach, or a 2-minute drive. Nice and quiet and not busy. I've recommended this exact property to several friends. We will be staying here again!

Great location but the bed…..

Amazing location. We went up for lunch everyday and steps off the beach. Great view. The only thing I have to say negatively is how uncomfortable the bed is. It is worn and dips in the middle. The bed frame squeaks with any move you make. Small things like no trash bin in bathroom, no dish soap, no hand soap was there so we had to run out to get the basics that I feel like should be there. After going back and reading other reviews people said the same about the bed. Hopefully they invite in a new mattress and bed frame. Vacation is for R&R and it was hard to sleep at night

Best location in Inlet Beach

We had a wonderful stay! Inlet Dunes is the absolute best location for a family - right across from the beach entrance and a small lovely pool on premise. This unit was great and well updated. The view from the balcony is incredible.
