Great location

Condo was small but great location. Built-in hallway bunk beds was great for the kids. Loved the view but the stairs just about killed me! Would probably stay at complex again!

Lovely little condo with all the amenities one would need. We couldn't believe in how quiet the location was, while still in the middle of everything. Directly across from beach access with flat walkout. Would stay again!

Best location in Inlet Beach

We had a wonderful stay! Inlet Dunes is the absolute best location for a family - right across from the beach entrance and a small lovely pool on premise. This unit was great and well updated. The view from the balcony is incredible.

Perfect Location for a Breezy Beach Holiday

We've stayed here several times due to the perfect location - just steps away from the beach, unobstructed Gulf views, easy parking, and quiet calm. It's a 15-minute leisurely walk along side streets into Rosemary Beach for shopping or dining. We rent beach chairs and umbrellas through the vendors recommended by Kismet, and which are delivered directly to the unit before arrival. We've never had any issues with the WiFi or AC, and there is a box fan and plenty of extra linens available. The full size kitchen and living room area that looks out onto the Gulf, plus the balcony, are the reason we book this condo time and time again.

Clean and as pictured. Such a great location to the beach. Parking is easy and a quiet building complex. Hosts were easy to contact and resolved any issue quickly. Would book again.

Great spring break!

This was a great stay for our spring break. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We pool was also great. The kitchen was well appointed, although we went out for dinner each night, so we didn’t use much! The view and sounds of the ocean were perfection!

The finishes in this tiny unit made it feel very homey and we enjoyed our stay. The only things I would change is to put a king bed in the bedroom, the bed was too small for us.

Great view

Enjoyed our stay. Three flights of stairs as listed, but Great view when we got there. Clean.. Bathroom light went- called manager with super response time on replacement, called again regarding pool gate code not working. They texted they would get back with us, but we never got a response-wasn’t a bad walk to use front gate.. Easy:short walk to beach. Close to Rosemary beach/shops/restaurants.

We loved it. one bathroom. Great view of the water. 5 minute walk to beach. Big TV. 3rd floor. Responsive owners. No railing on top bunk bed.
