Stunning oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Edgewater Tower 1 Sleeps 8

  • This condo has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a queen and a double. There are two full bathrooms. Located in the highly sought after Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. It is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor just steps from of the elevator. The panoramic wall of windows in the living room and dining room offer a breath taking view of the ocean and the main pool at the resort. You will enjoy having your morning coffee on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. This condo sleeps 8. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and a private master bathroom with double vanities. Second bedroom offers a queen size and a full bed with access to the hall bathroom. Should you have small children, we have a pack n play for your use.
    Kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with kitchen wear including a Keurig machine.
    Living room has plenty of seating on the queen size sleeper sofa. You may also want to enjoy the view from the swivel chairs by the windows.
    Full size HE washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use. We provide some beach towels.
    Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is a gated community with security, lots of parking and just a few steps to the tower. Arrivals and Departures are convenient and easy with covered entrance for loading and unloading with luggage carts available for use.
    Resort has one of the best restaurants on Front Beach Road, “Oceans” at the resort right outside your door.
    This condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
    Once you have experience all that Edgewater has to offer, you won’t want to stay anywhere else!
    After your booking is complete, approximately 2 weeks before your stay we will email you a link to register you and your party with the complex. This verification will be your receipt for the gate manager who will issue you your parking passes. Upon registering, a $50/parking resort fee will be required by Edgewater. Wrist band must be worn for 12 years and older, these will be located in your unit.

This was the nicest unit we have stayed in at Edgewater. The view was great and the unit had the nicest decor. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed.

It was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and it fits the word "stunning" as indicated on VRBO. We all said it is one of the nicest places we have stayed at.We would like to suggest that there could be more hand towels in the bathroom, as there was only 1 per sink. We did have the 3 metal pans, I.E: pizze pan. They were all used and put back into the cupboard unwashed. Also to check out the bedroom TVs as make sure they are working. These were very minor and it is not meant to be a negative. We loved our stay with you!

Great place.. location was perfect!

It was a beautiful condo, very clean.. We really enjoyed the stay and the water view. The property was very nice and beautifully maintained. The owners very great to work with and made it an easy process. I am sure we will stay there again!

Beautiful Beachy retreat

Beautiful condo located right on beach with a spectacular view. This condo is clean, modern and well decorated. The owner is responsive and friendly. Highly recommend 😀

Beautiful!

Very beautiful, great views! Location was wonderful! The furniture is more modern. I would not recommend for handicap individuals however, due to no walk-in showers and lower seating, but if you are in physically good shape then absolutely this is a great place to be.

Incredible condo!

We loved this property! The location to the pool and beach is perfection along with the view. The condo is beautifully decorated with furniture that makes sense (we loved the swivel chairs located by the floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the pool/beach/ocean). The master room had the most comfortable bed and pillows with a huge closet that was able to accommodate all our dance convention gear plus suitcases. We would rent here again in a heartbeat if returning to PCB!

Spring break 2023

Beautiful condo. Everything was in great condition and very clean. We were with a very large group, 17 families staying throughout the property and we by far had the nicest unit. Great communication with the owner leading up to our arrival with restaurant recommendations and beach rental info. A must rent.

Beautiful condo stocked with everything you need to cook with .The room. Is steps off the elevator .clean beautiful rooms . So much for goods from movie night at pool ,karaoke, a place where little ones can play..It was perfec just perfect..we will be coming back in august i cant wait .. Wonderful Family Spot

We loved our stay in PCB! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location and views were amazing! I thought it would be crazy in Panama City for Spring Break but it was surprisingly quiet. Definitely teens around but not nearly as many or as loud as I thought. Our hosts were great and so communicative. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!
