Located on the south (beach side) of 30A in a small gated community, this newly renovated luxury home sits just 100 steps from a wide, private beach—one of the lowest-density stretches on 30A. Enjoy outdoor living at its finest with a private heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor TV, and with five included bikes to explore 30A, this is your perfect coastal oasis.

Designed with a sought-after reverse floor plan, the expansive top-floor living area and kitchen are filled with natural light and ocean breezes—ideal for gathering with family and friends. Step onto the covered balcony to enjoy sunset views and the soothing sound of waves.

This spacious 5BR/4.5BA home sleeps 12 in beds and features two king primary suites upstairs, two king bedrooms downstairs with a shared bath, and a custom bunk room with en-suite bath, two twin beds and two full beds. Professionally decorated with elegant coastal finishes, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counters, smart TVs in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, gas grill, washer/dryer, and parking for four cars.

Everything was great. The beach house was perfect for a Merry Christmas! The host, Ryan was so responsive and kind. The heated pool made a big difference for our grands and the hot tub for the adults. I would choose this again.

We all loved our stay in this beautiful house! It was comfortable, peaceful, and everyone slept so well. The hot tub was wonderful — our evening soak under the stars was absolutely magical. My family had a really nice stay at Ryan's place. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved the pool, hot tub and being a short walk from the private beach. It wasn't crowded at all and very easy to set up. Ryan was very communicative with me before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for a good week!

We were three couples and kids and it was a perfect spot. Only reason it isn't five stars is we had AC and wifi issues. But the owners were very responsive.

Pictures were a lot nicer than reality

The house seemed very rundown when we arrived. Lots of upkeep needed. Rusty fans, peeling paint, dirty patio furniture, broken doors, rusty bikes. I could go on and on but you get the picture. We won’t be booking this place again.

Amazing location!

We loved this house so much! Most places always say “close to the beach” but this house literally is as close as you can get without your house right on the beach…there is just one small slow street to cross and you’re there. There is plenty of space too for families or friend groups! We enjoyed the bikes going to popular tourist places, but the neighborhood itself is slow and less crowded, which we loved! Not to mention, there is a private pool and hot tub in your own private courtyard beside the house. Perfection.

Came with family and had plenty of room as described in listing. Contacted owner to see if the hot tub could be turned up. He responded and did so remotely. Downstairs was a bit cold. It was during the 50 year snowstorm?

Perfect family gathering spot on a beautiful beach

We LOVED our stay at this property. Four siblings and spouses from across the country reunited here for a lovely, relaxing visit. The location was wonderful. Short walk to the beach and easy drive or bike to good shopping and restaurants. The heated pool was fabulous, even on those cooler January days. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the open living space allowed us to hang out together or do our own thing. Especially appreciate the responsiveness of the owner's communication. We had a last minute snafu with my sister's dog sitter and she needed to bring the dog. When I asked they, responded within the hour. I paid the pet deposit and she hit the road and joined the fun. Thank you for sharing your beach house. We will happily return in the future.

Perfect Stay!

My family and I stayed for a week during Fall Break. We loved everything about this amazing property. Just steps away from the beach, great pool/hot tub, with plenty of outdoor area for dining and relaxing. Kids enjoyed having all the beach toys. Indoor furnishings are comfy, kitchen well equipped/stocked, everyone slept well on very nicely appointed beds. Only thing that we missed was a bathtub for smaller kids. We will definitely book another stay!

Fantastic place!

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The property was clean, stocked with plenty of utensils and supplies, and the layout of the property was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and the ease of access to the beach as well. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Fantastic!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything at the house was well thought out, and Ryan was readily available via text our whole stay. Amazing private access to the beach! Comfortable beds, quiet upscale neighborhood. Upon check in, there was one issue which was out of Ryan's control, but he made it right and we really appreciated his prompt communication with us. We will definitely be back again next year!

This home was amazing and so well kept! We didn’t have an issues but a few questions that were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and would definetly stay again if in the area! Five star all the way around!

Amazing hosts!

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk down a path to the beach. It’s also right down the road from Alys, Rosemary and a 8 minute drive to the Watersound Publix. While the location is great, the hosts are even better! They are extremely communicative and responsive. They were even kind enough to talk to the bonfire company that we were using so we could get everything reserved. They even offered to have blow dryer and straightener shipped back to us. It was rainy during our stay, so the beach was empty, but because of the location’s privacy, I can imagine that it is not crowded often. We had the entire beach to ourselves the night of the bonfire—on a Saturday night in September. Even with the rain, we still had a great time hanging out in the house playing games. Plenty of room for our crew of 10.

Great location with private beach

We very much enjoyed our stay this July 4th week with the exception of getting sick midweek. The location was perfect: gated community, inside 30A, with private beach. Easy to have chairs & umbrellas set up. Humidity is an issue in Florida, but the AC was the coldest we’ve ever had at this house. There was a bit of mold on a few areas in the house. I advised owner & he replied it would be addressed. The living area is located on second floor & would not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to vacation.
