We got there Friday 25th, door code was not working, we called the rental company and they rectified it immediately. Upon entering the unit we noticed the floor was very dirty. I understand you are at the beach and a little sand is expected but our white socks turned black in about 2 mins without us stepping foot on the balcony or beach. We called the management right away and they again were quick to respond and scheduled a cleaning for the floor the next day (totally fine as it was already 6pm). The refrigerator was also an issue. It was not cooling and the freezer was about the temp the frige should have been. We again contacted management and they said that the cleaners keep the fridge open and it may take 8hrs to bring it back to temp. We waited a day but still was the same. The maintenance guy texted us and suggested we lower the fridge temp which we did on Sat night. Sunday morning we woke to the fridge and freezer working like normal however there was water on the floor from the fridge. Needless to say i immediately notified the maintenance and they came out to look at it and explained it as a dual freezing system and sometimes it happens kinda thing. I would suggest to the Property Management to advise cleaning team to not leave fridge open so long. Issues aside the PM handled them great. The unit is ok, the couch was a bit old, the twin bunks had a bit of sand in bed. Overall I didn't hate it but didn't love it. Its a nice unit but needs a bit of TLC
