    Spacious four (4) bedroom - three (3) bath condo. This 1800 square foot Windsong Penthouse condo is the largest floor plan available at Splash.

    This magnificent Penthouse just got even better! Just completed in March 2021, the newly remodeled bathrooms, the condo has been repainted, new flooring has been added, with many new furniture upgrades!

    Our unit sleeps 8 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed for a total of 10 people. if needed. Two King Master suites w/gulf view balconies; Queen guest bedroom; and a 4th bedroom with a twin/twin bunk bed. The Queen sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. Both king master bedrooms boast spacious bathrooms with large separate shower and garden tub.

    Splash Resort Panama City Beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a Jacuzzi and, RIPTIDE, the poolside Bar & Grill (opened Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day weekend).

We loved this condo! It was spacious and the view was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including enough bath towels. Splash is a great resort for families. It has a lazy river, splash pad for toddlers, water slides and bucket for younger children, 2 pools (one is heated when needed) and of course the beach. They also offer water sports and other beach activities for an additional cost. All the resort staff were friendly other than one of the check in ladies. We utilized the outside bar for drinks and food and the inside cafe/bar for breakfast, ice cream and drinks as well. This is our second time staying at Splash and we will be back again. There are several restaurants you can walk to as well! The host quickly responded when I couldn’t find my email for the entry code upon arrival.

Most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in PC (both masters). Keurig in unitSmart TVs throughout, clean unit, perfect view- would return ZERO complaints about unit or ownerHot tub is TINY with 10 person max and security guard monitors. Pools are heated but not “warm” and splash pad is not heated or warm at all so just be aware before thinking it’s great for rainy days or cool weather. Listing says parking is 35 per vehicle and it’s actually 40 per vehicle Hair dryer in unit is not for thick hair, bring yours from home if desired.

Great Family Vacation

We had such a great trip and this condo had everything we needed. Views from balcony were amazing. The unit has enough room for us to be together but with 4 bedrooms, we had our privacy also. Highly recommend!

Amazing views!!

Our family loved the condo and the views were incredible! The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping with Pier Park just a short drive away. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful accommodating condo! We had such a great vacation! Beds were very comfortable and we loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living space! We would definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful relaxing place!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo with the family. We love PCB, and this is by far the best condo we have stayed at here. I strongly recommend booking this place if you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, and relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. The condo was very clean and spacious. We were even able to get into the condo a little early on check in day and we appreciate the host for allowing us to do so.

Amazing experience! The apartment is better than the pictures. Very clean and responsive host. Our group consisted of two families and we loved that there were two primary bedrooms! The kids all had their own room, which was great when they went to bed early and the parents got to still hangout. Views are incredible, we saw dolphins every other day. Loved having coffee on the balcony. Easy access to pools and the beach made being on a vacation with toddlers great. We still got to watch sunsets / see the beach when the kids wanted to swim in the evening. Loved that the beach chairs were part of the rental. Going up to the room to do nap time or diaper change was so easy. We did not have issues with the elevators / they arrived timely.
