This waterfront haven promises a perfect blend of comfort, style, and adventure, offering a dreamy getaway for families or groups seeking relaxation and recreation alike. The house offers 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms, one with a water view office area.

**The Space:**
Step into a world of coastal elegance where every corner reflects meticulous attention to detail. Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, retreat boasts a seamless blend of modern amenities and coastal charm.

**Bedrooms:**
- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and shower, breathtaking water views, working office area, and coffee bar.
- Master Bedroom 2: King bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and walk in shower, coastal-inspired decor, water view
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, bunks, perfect for children or additional guests

Channel your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen featuring breakfast nook, coffee bar, and ample counter space. Share meals and laughter in the adjacent dining area, where a large table awaits for memorable gatherings.

**Outdoor Oasis:**
Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where the beauty of nature awaits. Sip your morning coffee on dock or the patio overlooking the tranquil waters. Fire up the grill for al fresco dining as the sun sets in the distance.

**Waterfront Activities:**
Adventure awaits right at your doorstep! Explore the peaceful waters with complimentary kayaks provided for your enjoyment. For thrill-seekers, feel free to bring your own jet skis or small boats with prior approval (and additional $25 per night fee for small boats), and dock them conveniently at our private dock. NOTE: boats must be pre-approved, not all boats can be accommodated in our Bayou. Boats and jet skis must be launched at a nearby boat launch in order to dock at the house. Use of the boat lift is NOT allowed.

Location Details: The nearest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches (code ECP). It is a 35 minute drive. Quiet residential neighborhood 15 minutes to Tyndall Air Force Base and 30 minutes to beautiful northwest Florida beaches (Mexico Beach or Panama City Beach).

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dogs and children MUST be closely watched, there is no fence in the yard, nor to the water and dock. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 7 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors!

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification and rental agreement prior to check-in.

Bayou front oasis

Super home! Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Kayaks and dock were a huge hit with our kids. The master bedroom has a lovely office overlooking the water and a wonderful master bath. Will definitely stay again.
