• Guest Registration Required - Ramsgate Harbour requires that all rental guests register via an online system (Guest Services). Registration is $35 and includes one electronic parking permit. Each additional parking permit is $35.
• E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
• Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
• A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.

Such a lovely place, perfect location, and great customer service. My husband and I have stayed in many condos, but this one is by far the most beautifully decorated! We immediately booked another trip! The sunset views from the two balconies are magnificent. We loved being able to walk across the street for groceries, a package store, and a drug store... and Bayou Bills restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great upscale rental clean fantastic location

Great place. Our family of four rented this place. It was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, location was the best as it was away from the crowds but close enough to every thing. The beach and pool were very convenient and best of all the views were spectacular. The beds were premium quality and so comfortable. The modern like bathrooms were super clean like new.Parking was perfect, own spot, and your vehicle was under the building shaded. Unit is on second level and you must use stairs no problem for us.It was our first time in Panama City Beach area and enjoyed our time here especially in this rental. We hope to come again and will try to rent this place again.

We loved everything about our stay. Such a beautiful condo. Loved that it was just a two minute walk out to our beach chairs and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. It was a perfect location for us. We loved the secluded feel but yet just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachside condo! The location was perfect—right on a beautiful, uncrowded beach that was mostly filled with families, which made it feel peaceful and safe. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous—modern, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with just about everything you might need during your stay.Grocery stores like Aldi and Publix were conveniently close, which made meal planning a breeze. Communication with Amber, the owner, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and even reached out to let us know the condo was ready early in case we wanted to check in ahead of schedule—such a thoughtful touch!We’re already planning to come back. Just a heads-up for future guests: there doesn’t appear to be an elevator, so everyone in your group should be comfortable using stairs. Other than that, it was a perfect getaway!

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay here! I used the condo to stay at with my bridal party the night before my wedding. Then following my wedding, my husband and I enjoyed a little mini honeymoon. We absolutely loved the place. It's beautiful and love the decor of the rental. The bed is soooooo comfortable as well!The area is just far enough from the crowd to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough to run to 30a for food or Pier Park if you've forgotten anything.. like a cooler.We LOVED having the chair rentals included. It was so nice to have one less thing to tote down to the beach.Amber was also so available and prompt at responding! Thank you for a great stay! We will be coming back!

Gorgeous and an amazing stay!

Let me start off by saying I am extremely picky! We loved this place so much we extended our stay but I highly recommend! Amber was so sweet and helpful as well! Quiet location too! Absolutely recommend eating at amici, cowgirl kitchen (best smash burgers omg!) , and lunch and the human crane (life sized claw machine) at pier parks Dave and busters!!! Thanks so much for having us!!!

Beautiful Ocean front updated condo

The condo is decorated with updated beach decor, beds and pillows were comfortable. I like that we could control the thermostat. Ocean view is amazing! Love that there are 2 oceanfront balconies. When I booked the property the listing stated the outdoor pool was heated. We arrived on Feb 26th and the pool felt very cold. I inquired about this and was told that the board or HOA decided to not turn on the pool heat until 7 am March 2nd. Due to the air temps at night still being pretty chilly around 55 degrees the pool never heated up enough for us to use it the last 4 days of our week stay. We were ok with this but our grand daughter would have used it had the waterBeen warmer. The daytime temps were high 60’s low 70’s while we were there the last week of February first week of March 2025. It appears the listing has since been updated so it does not say heated pool. The listing also states the Destin airport is a 48 minute drive however we drove back and forth to the Destin airport 6 times and each time it took us a little over and hour hour and 15 minutes if we had to stop or had traffic. We were in Destin before spring break so it was very quiet and relaxing. The condo is a short distance from 30a and on the quieter east endOf that very busy area which we liked. Overall we thought this condo was a good value and we would stay here again- the kitchen was well stocked as well as paper towels and t.p. Liked that there is a washer and dryer and detergent.

Great Beach Location

The unit was beautiful and the beach/sand/ocean were awesome. We had a number of issues due to property issues including no water one morning, no power another morning, intermittent internet and the pool closed the last 3 days due to a "chemical inbalance" according to the sign on thr gate.

An oceanfront dream!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The condo is GORGEOUS and quite comfortable, just steps from the beach. Communication was spot on, and we were wildly impressed and appreciative of the laundry detergent, extra trash bags, beach chairs, etc. Overall, the community was very quiet, too, and the few folks we ran into were most friendly. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

Book for your perfect stay!

This was the perfect beach trip thanks to the details that the Young family pours into this beach condo. The condo was perfect. It had enough room and was supplied with most everything you would need. This kitchen was well stocked and there is nothing better than cooking and looking out and seeing the ocean. The beds were comfy and good sized. The waterfall showers were so nice after a long day at the beach. My girls favorite part was the gold silverware... they said they felt "fancy". There are games and puzzles too! They supplied you with beach towels, beach chairs and lots of other small extras for the beach. They make this trip pretty effortless for you! The beach wasn't busy and we ended up getting to know many of the other visitors to Ramsgate. Amber will send an email with a list of places to eat and things to do. We had wonderful food the whole time we were there and our girls loved the activities. Friendly suggestions: -Have your groceries delivered from Walmart. Our arrived a few hours after we got there and it got us to the beach faster -Best shrimp taco I had was at Diego's burrito. Sooo good! -Fun Land Arcade is a great inside activity for your kids.... and I hate arcades! This place is clean and your money goes along way. My kids walked away with lots of little prizes and were very happy. We had the best week and hope to be back soon!

Getaway

Perfect!

Location is great! Very quiet, no crowds but still near everything. Very comfortable stay and beds. Decor is so cute and the double balcony is awesome! The host is so kind with great communication regarding your stay. Will definitely be saving this property as a favorite! 💕

Great Condo

We were very happy with the condo. Great location and a quiet beach. I am a licensed contractor in the state of Georgia so I speak from experience, they did a good job on the renovations.
