Perfect property for a family vacation! We all had the best time. Excellent check in process and the stay is amazing for families! We were all able to stay together, comfortably, and the room was so nice! You can tell they prioritize family time. Plenty of pots and pans for family cooking! We were able to walk right next door and have dinner at a restaurant too! Loved our stay! Hoping to make it an annual stay!

Wonderful experience

The condo was even better than described!! Everything about it was wonderful! We’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and this was definitely one of the best condos we’ve rented. Overall very happy!

Amazing Long Beach Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent three nights with our family including four adults and three kids (2, 6, & 8) and it was absolutely perfect. There is no need to pack beach toys or a wagon to transport beach gear back and forth. All of this is provided at the condo! The balcony is amazing! The condo came well equipped with most anything you could want. The only thing that wasn’t provided that I would have liked was a hair dryer. I can’t recommend this vacation spot enough for a family beach vacation! Just note the elevator times can be a bit long during peak hours.

Nice View!!!

Very beautiful view of the beach. The bed was really comfortable.. The condo was clean and smell great. My only complaint is we had to MOVE the luggage karts back in the Condo because we got a violation notice on the door for having the karts out side of the door. The karts was big and they took up some space we could have used.

Has an ice maker

We had a great time renting this space. Lots of room for the whole family. Parking was onsite and the elevators were extremely fast. Lots of dishes and pans and utensils. This unit has a separate ice maker which was awesome for loading up the coolers for the beach. Unit has lots of extra beach items such as umbrellas balls floats etc. lots of balcony seating and it’s a corner unit so you have ocean view and street. But the bonus was the carts to load and unload your vehicle!! We had a great time and plan to book again

Dance vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok. There were a few things in the description that were misleading. The rental needs a deep cleaning or a better cleaning company. The walls and baseboards were pretty dirty like stuff was spilled or thrown on the wall and never cleaned and one room had dirty linen. Under the beds were also dusty and dirty and had things that looked to be from previous guests. The shower in one of the bathrooms was missing part of the door. There were only 2 beach chairs that could be used, the others had mold. I expected the place to be spotless and at least be made aware of the things I mentioned before check in paying almost $5000 for the week. I did send pictures and an email to the company and they sent a cleaner out to change linens but we had already stripped the bed and replaced it all.

Ocean View was Everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just what our party of five needed as we enjoyed the SeabreezeJazz festival. The home was well appointed and the stay was responsive to our concerns. We had a problem with the TV and someone showed up promptly the next morning and serviced all of our TVs to assure that the cables were connected. Some areas of the home needed to be dusted but overall the home was clean. We all enjoyed our visit and would definitely rent this property again.

The beds, bathrooms, and rooms are 10/10. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need for your stay. Luggage carts make unloading and loading your items very easy. Would definitely stay here again. Also comes with lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach at no extra cost. Don’t hesitate to book.

There were two master bedrooms with one overlooking the ocean. Breathtaking! The deck was spacious and had a great view of the ocean and beach below. The condo was spotless upon arrival. In the evening, the kids walked right across the street to shop for souvenirs, play mini-golf, and ride go-karts. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Also no beach cart in unit--U it very clean and well appointed but TV situation needs to be addressed as does the beach cart-- not only for transport to and from beach but loading and unloading luggage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was absolutely amazing. First time using Greta's and I must brag on this family owned business. I had multiple questions that Jessica(the daughter) and John both gave precise information. We were able to make some last minute changes to our itinerary that worked out perfectly. If you have time, rent a pontoon boat from St. Andrew's State Park and head over to Shell Island. My family had a blast. I would also recommend Hunts Oyster Bar. This gem is a crowd pleaser and worth the wait(depending on your party size you can wait up to about an hour). Condo unit 1609 is beautiful. The owner recently made changes to the office and it's now a 4th room which worked out perfectly for our couples trip. We will be back. *the only issue was parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We immensely enjoyed our stay here. The facilities had everything that we needed and the condo was immaculate. The chairs and wagon that were left for our use really added to our overall beach experience. The location’s proximity to town attractions such as the golf course/track across the street, the movie theater, and a plethora of restaurants gave us plenty to do during the bouts of rain we encountered. We highly recommend 1609 for all of your beach adventures.
