Welcome to the world's most beautiful beaches! This updated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 7th floor condo is accented to make your visit a joy. In addition to the king bed in the bedroom, the condo also has a queen sofa sleeper and 2 bunk beds, easily sleeping 6.

The condo has a washer/dryer, 2 cable TVs and WiFi. The complex offers 2 full-size swimming pools (one heated), kiddie pools, hot tubs, sauna, exercise facilities, tennis courts, a tiki bar by the pool, a game room and much more! Whether you choose to enjoy the view over the pools and the Gulf from your private 7th floor balcony, poolside beside the tiki bar, or with waves washing over your feet on the beach, you can't go wrong with this beautiful condo.

The balconies were undergoing renovations, but the pool was open and we spent alot of time there and on the beach, have never had any issues with the host, one concern the condominiums were not allowing guests to visit, nothing to do with the host, most likely HOA

Exactly as it looked

Everything was exactly as pictured. The place was really nice. Had to ask the owner a question and he got back to be so quickly. The only con was the elevator situation. They had a 1 that wasn’t working, if it don’t care waiting a 5 or so minutes to get on one then you’ll be fine! Also check in was very easy and quick.

Trip was good. Only issue was that 1 of the elevators broke and it took 25 minutes to get off 7th floor due to handicapped wife. Always remember to prepare the night before, and take luggage down beforehand after 8;30am its impossible to get a elevatorsl

We had a great stay, Darrin is an awesome host. 4th time renting from him, did not take out trip insurance, decided to evacuate for Hurricane Helene and Darrin offered to refund the last 2 days without asking, will book with him a 5th year

Great stay

What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed in the condo. The elevators ran well and I say that because in some reviews people were complaining about the elevators, but we had no issues with them. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Definitely would return and stay here again.

Exactly what we needed

Communication with the host was phenomenal—answered every ridiculous question I may have had. Check in was very simple. Parking pass ended up being $27, not $20 like I thought—but that wasn’t a make it or break it as I saw other places were $30/$40 parking fees. The room was perfect for our family of 5 (three kids ages 7, 9 & 9). We couldn’t find sheets for the pull out couch, but were able to improvise with the overpacking I did—not a huge deal for us. It’s a beach condo there is going to be sand in all the nooks and crannies, but it was clean when we arrived and didn’t have any issues with anything we felt was neglected. I was pleasantly surprised with “extras” that was at the condo that I didn’t think would be there (extra dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags…etc) I believe the only thing I needed the whole stay was a pizza cutter and I couldn’t find one anywhere—we improvised and survived though. 5 stars to all of the above! The Summit was also perfect for us. I understand there are issues with the pool staying open after dark right now, again not an issue for us—kids had plenty of swim time and sun during the day, they were exhausted at night. The tiki bar was so nice being by the pools, spent some dollars there and it was worth every dime. Bikini bobs was great for cheap food and not having to leave the property. 5 stars again to everything. My only disappointment was the beach chair rental link is priced higher than if you rent in person.

Beautiful Views

We had a very pleasant two week stay at this condo. The unit was very clean and had most things we needed. The king mattress needs to be replaced with something newer and thicker. The TV in the living room needs to be a little larger. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend this unit to others!!! Thank you to Darren for renting to us!!!

The property was ok for the money. The amenities in this unit need updated. You will need to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and if you have more than 4 people you will need more forks! Otherwise our week at the beach was great.Now back to reality!! 😕

Condo nice enough, but....

Condo was nice, the elevators are horrible!! Condo has pretty much everything you need, except a hair dryer. Complex is pretty clean, mostly just the pool area. Elevators are horrible, so be prepared to use the stairs! The last day trying to pack and leave, had to wait at least 1/2 hr just to get an elevator. Only 1 out of the 2 working the whole week there!
