Book directly with the owners and avoid unnecessary middleman or broker fees. We are a small, family-run business and personally stay in and maintain all of our properties to ensure they are clean, updated, and accurately represented.

This newly renovated west corner unit is located directly on the beach at Calypso Resort – Tower 2, the most desirable tower at Calypso and the closest to Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Prime Location at Calypso Resort

Calypso Resort consists of three towers:
Tower 3 is across the street and is not beachfront.
Tower 1 is beachfront but is farthest from Pier Park, and west corner views are obstructed by Tower 2.
Tower 2 (THIS UNIT) is beachfront, closest to Pier Park, and features a beachside pool with unobstructed westward views.

Stunning sunsets stretching all the way to Destin

This location offers open beachfront all the way to the pier and is considered the best view and positioning at Calypso.

Parking Information
Calypso allows up to two parking passes per unit
Parking is first come, first served
$60 per vehicle for the duration of the stay, paid to the resort

IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Minimum renter age: 25
The primary renter must stay at the unit
No one- or two-night stays
To help guests with smaller budgets, we do not require a seven-night minimum stay. However, one of the following must apply:
Your reservation must butt directly up to another existing reservation, OR
Your stay must leave a minimum three-night gap before or after your reservation
If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot leave unbookable nights in between stays to accommodate a reservation.
Please do not request to book if you cannot meet this requirement.

Construction Notice
Calypso Resort is scheduled to undergo onsite construction beginning December 2025 (winter season). Guests may experience intermittent construction noise during this time.
