This is a newly remodeled condo. Step in shower in master bedroom. Tub/shower in 2nd bathroom. View of beach from bedroom and living room.Fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy. End unit on 8th floor. Come with washer and dryer. Lookout directly on beach enjoy coffee in the morning watching the marine life!
I love Regency Towers so much we ended up purchasing another.. Parking fee 40.00 per car per stay

The condo was great and so clean. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Plenty of parking available and 24/7 security at the gates. Easy and quick correspondence with the owner. Will be back!!

We went to the condo and discovered workers cutting the concrete at the front door. This unit bordered a section of the property that was undergoing construction. The owner was very responsive and said that they didn’t tell her they were doing construction at her unit. But they were also doing construction a few feet away, which I think should have been disclosed. We ended up scrambling and spending more money to find a last minute rental. We did receive a full refund, but did not receive an I’m sorry from the owner.

This was our second time in this unit and we absolutely love it. We love having beach Service. Anytime I’ve needed to reach out to the host I have been contacted very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Lynn was so easy to work with and very accommodating helping us add an extra day to our stay. We had everything we needed and the condo is very comfortable. Will definitely stay with Lynn again.

Great Experience

I really enjoyed my vacation here! Communication with the hosts was clear and easy- they are so kind. Checkin was easy, the location was convenient and the unit is exactly as the pictures look. It was clean and I cannot say enough good things. The hosts have thought of everything… they even have a box fan in the master closet! I will definitely come back and stay at this unit again. 10/10

It was everything that I was told it was. Even the food at the pool bar was good. Weather was perfect however it did get down to the med 40’s and with the wind gust at 30 mph it stay cool that day however it was fun watching the kids jumping in and then trying to get warm and doing it all over again.

Wonderful Host and Great Condo

Condo was awesome. Outdoor patio furniture was high top table and chairs, perfect for seeing the beach. Host had a closet full of beach chairs and accessories to use. Would def. stay here again. Regency is a older complex, but one of our favorites, always really clean and taken care of.

Great vacation!

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect for the two of us celebrating our anniversary. The host is very nice and quick to respond to communication. The AC was cold, plenty of towels, furniture was comfortable, ROKU on both TV’s made watching our usual shows a breeze. We look forward to returning soon!
