This condo is absolutely gorgeous! It has everything you need and the views are amazing! My son and I came down for a quick trip before he heads back to college and let me tell you, vacation in January is where it’s at! No wait for dinner, beautiful weather, and no crowds!

Relaxing in the sun

We were on the 21st floor, could see the entire ocean! Nice big balcony for tanning and table and chairs for eating our meals. A week is not long enough. Pool was cold as we were there in April. Loved the white sand and having our chairs set up daily for us.

Large apartament with great view

This apartament was a perfect stay for my family and I, with a great view of the ocean, easy and quick access to the beach, as well as a air conditioned pathway connecting the main building and parking garage. Great location for a beach vacation.

I have rented many Condos/Houses over the US and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Everything just as described. She knew we would be arriving late and she even took the time to go up to the Condo and turn on a light so we would not have to enter in the dark.

Our family of 4 would stay here again for sure! Upon arrival I was pleased to see everything was exactly as represented in the photos: well decorated, beautiful view, bright and clean. The hosts were very generous with hand soaps in each bathroom, plenty of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags and extra rolls of toilet paper. This is above and beyond the supplies at most vrbo listings. We soon discovered the wonderful beach wagon under the bunk beds along with a few additional floats and beach toys. As we explored the building you could tell it was being well maintained. My kids loved the walk-over bridge. I love it because it was fresh, was air conditioned, had automatic doors (amazing feature when you're hauling bags and luggage), fun music and lighting. Getting to the beach and either pool was easy. The elevators are quick and we never waited long, even on the 21st floor. The larger pool by the parking deck is heated and was the one we used most. Unfortunately, the pool by the beach was freezing so no one was in it at like 60 degrees. My recommendations to make this place even better would be a dish rack in the kitchen, a mattress & pillow upgrade in the main bedroom and lastly bug spray for the balcony. We had a few visitors (outside only) right at dark which chased me indoors every night.

2nd Time

This is our third stay at Celedon with this being our second stay in this condo. Everything was (again) perfect from initial communications from our host to cleanliness to comfort. Beach service is just an added bonus to remove the hassle of enjoying the time in the sun. Can’t wait to return.

We had a great visit and the property was great. The other issues were the ice maker didn’t work and neither did the water on the fridge. The remotes for tv’s were a big issue too. Elevators were a huge issues as well but the ladies that were in contact with me were great and the property was wonderful!

Family vacation 2021

Rented this condo with my husband and kids (11 and 13) over the holidays to visit family. Everything was super clean and nice and condo had everything we needed for our stay. The location and view were amazing! Kendall was super responsive for any questions. Would definitely stay there again. They only issue as others have stated is only one elevator was functioning much of the time so wait times were long. Other than that everything was great!

Awesome view and clean

Kendall you were absolutely amazing. Love that you do check in with your guest and if we had any problems you helped solve them. The condo was very clean and view was awesome. There were however a couple of things I did not like, when we entered we noticed notes on beds and end tables to please take decorative bedding off both beds and to cover all the furniture with the sheets provided. When we arrived only one elevator was working so had to wait for over an hour, which was in no way the owners fault, except with a little one we were trying to go in the room by elevators to keep her cool and was told by security that we had to get out and that he was locking it! That was a little crazy.I don’t think I am picky and this is the first time in all the years I have stayed in Florida condos I have been asked to take off bedding and cover furniture. The knives also need to be sharpened in kitchen. Otherwise, we had a great trip.

Great condo!

Nice, well maintained unit on the far end of the beach. We like to go to Pier Park in the evenings and the drive there wasn't bad at all. Being able to spread out down the beach in front of the houses was definitely worth it. We had one small issue, but a quick text to Kendall got that taken care of quickly without any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is beautiful. The bed was lumpy in master bedroom, very uncomfortable. The knives in the kitchen should be sharpened or replaced. Having said that, I would recommend this unit 100%. Very nice furnishings and comfortable. Family sized washer and dryer. Nice deck furniture. A whole closet full of beach supplies-cart, noodles, floats, nets), they also provided beach towels which was great! Kendall was fantastic to work with, she even checked in twice during our two week stay. I would definitely stay here again provided there was a different mattress :)
