Nestled directly on the sandy shores with no need to cross streets or navigate past other homes, this property offers unparalleled access and views of the emerald waters from almost every room in the home.

• Directly on the beach along Front Beach Road, close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and the 30A shopping and dining scene.
• Spectacular gulf views from the expansive main floor balcony (10’ x 29’), and a private balcony on the upper floor.
• Near the Carousel Shopping Center for groceries, gifts, and a premier selection of wines and liquors. Also very convenient to Publix and Winn-Dixie.

Love this place - just finished our second stay at the property. It is clean, has an open floor plan and updated/fresh look and feel. The location is perfect for those who want to avoid the traffic, congestion and crowded beaches you find around Pier Park. I'll be back for sure!

Great location

You can’t get a better location between Panama and 30A. Absolutely amazing views. Very open space and the bedrooms were a great. The decks were amazing however the deck furniture was pretty dirty, definitely stained one of my shirts. The towels could use a refresh too and they were hard to find. The views and the ocean though, could not be any better!!!

Weekend Beach get away!

First but certainly will not be the last time we book a stay here. It was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to do multiple things during a short stay. Since the house is so close to everything, we were able to spends hours at the beach and still had time to explore Rosemary and Alys beach towns. The photos do not do the house any justice. It was very well kept and the balcony views were amazing.

Wonderful Place

Accommodations were perfect - three spacious bedrooms with a large kitchen and gathering area. Ideally located beach front house in Laguna. Very clean - upscale in every aspect. I highly recommend!

LOVED this home!

We hosted/celebrated our wedding, a friend’s birthday, and another couple’s anniversary during our weekend stay here. The location is absolutely perfect and on the quiet end of the beach. The house was very clean, very spacious, and had plenty of supplies we didn’t bring. Communicating with both Beverly & Lyndsay was so easy and they are so sweet! We are hoping to rent this home again in the future.
