Enjoy amazing views and sunsets from all three decks at Pattylew2! Just steps away from the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas! This charming 3 BR/3.5 BA townhome in exclusive Barrier Dunes, a gated community located on the northern end of the Cape. Barrier Dunes has four beach accesses, two swimming pools (one is a gulf front), lighted tennis courts, playground, paved roads and stocked fishing ponds.

Pattylew 2 is a comfortable , spacious townhome. The living area has a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, and 55" flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating for 2 at the bar. The recently remodeled kitchen is stunning and well stocked and there is a half bath on this level too. Enjoy gulf views from the main living area from inside or onto the open deck that is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill. The deck is gated for your furry friends and exits onto the boardwalk (about 45 steps)that leads to the beach!!!

The second level has two bedrooms, one with queen over queen bunk beds, the other with a king, flat screen TV's, private full baths and open decks. The gulf side bedroom has gorgeous gulf view from inside and on the deck.

There is a laundry equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Detergent is provided for your convenience.

The 3rd level has a spacious master suite, with king bed, master bath w/garden tub, separate shower, double vanity and two closets. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and views from master deck!

Linens for beds and bath towels provided. You must provide your own beach towels.

The ground level has a spacious outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off, the shower is located at the base of the steps from the living area deck.

Clean and well maintained!!! It has everything you need to make your trip a memorable one!

There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog! Barrier Dunes is very accommodating for your favorite 4 legged friend! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.

Great location
Unit was just a very short walk over a bridge to the ocean. Ocean view on upper deck was amazing. There was some leftover pet hair on the floors from previous renters but I feel that is to be expected when renting a pet friendly unit. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Townhome
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Barrier Dunes and had a great time. The unit is very nice and well equipped. My only complaint is that when we cooked dinner the first night, we found that many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Before we could cook, we had to rewash the pots and pans we used, and then when we were ready to eat we found that many of the plates were really dirty like someone ate spaghetti or something with red sauce and then put them back in the cabinets without washing them. We washed a few loads of dishes in the dishwasher but the dishes didn't look very clean after washing on the "normal" cycle with heat dry. Even the inside of the dishwasher still looked dirty.

Nice view and convenient location to the beach! Could use a remodeling and more kitchen supplies. Only complaint, the bedrooms got really hot during the day. Manager of condo was very helpful and quick to respond !

Dirty
The unit was dirty and out dated. There was pet hair on the floor when we arrived. Dust everywhere! And the worst part was the cat pee smell. It was especially bad in the kitchen. During our 4 day stay we had 3 live roaches, one on each floor, and a live frog in one of the showers. The shower curtains need to be replaced. There is a broken railing on the top deck that needs to be replaced. We loved the Cape and the location but not this unit.

Location is key when staying at the beach! Just under 30 steps from the back porch steps to the walkway to go to the beach! The condo was neat and clean upon arrival. What you see in the listing is what you are greeted with. Plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the beach. The master bedroom has great views of the beach with plenty of space. The coffee maker, mini fridge, and extra sink are an added plus. The secondary bedrooms/bathrooms were a nice size for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with any items needed to cook meals in the condo. The outside shower is private and a good area to wash off the doggos after a day on the beach. Great stay at the PattyLew 2!!

Lovely place
The condo is very pretty. Nicely furnished and well equipped. The only negative was the television function was spotty and phone coverage almost nonexistent . The neighborhood is nice and right on the beach. Bring all your food with you because “town” is a very long way away and limited. Property manager was quick to respond to issues and questions.

Beachfront, Updated, Clean - Location Location Location
We have stayed in multiple locations at CSB over the past 15 years including PettyLew2 for our annual family vacation. With unobstructed views of the beach, ocean, and sunsets, the townhome is only steps from the beach over the boardwalk. The townhome has recently been updated - Kitchen, Master, Master Bath, and new flooring throughout. The ground floor, private, outdoor shower is a plus. The outdoor seating on the first level deck seats 6 at a bar height table with an umbrella and is invaluable. We will return to CSB and PettyLew2 in the future.
