  • Tan pronto como entras en que le será quitado por las vistas al mar, amplio plan de piso abierto y una cocina moderna. Este es un gran condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baño recién remodelado con pintura nueva, baldosas de porcelana, muebles, electrodomésticos, armarios, encimeras, etc. El largo 715 pies cuadrados envoltura alrededor de balcón ofrece un montón de asientos y una varias mesas para comer al aire libre, así como vistas impresionantes. Diversión, con playas decoración da un ambiente relajado, feliz. La suite principal está frente al mar y cuenta con una cama superior Sealey serie I almohada extra grande, un montón de espacio en el armario y TV por cable de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene nueva vanidad, fregadero, grifo y encimera de granito, así como una ducha de cristal precioso. El segundo gran dormitorio tiene dos camas tamaño queen con acolchados de 4 "de espuma, un montón de espacio en el armario y TV por cable de pantalla plana de alta definición. La cocina está muy bien equipado con el nuevo refrigerador LG con agua filtrada y máquina de hielo en la puerta, nuevas ollas, sartenes, utensilios, etc. La habitación familiar tiene un nuevo sofá de cuero con sofá cama tamaño queen, sillón reclinable eléctrico (super cómodo), 60 "pantalla plana HD Smart TV, y las vistas, vistas, vistas! También podrá disfrutar del servicio de silla de playa con dos sillas acolchadas y paraguas previstas para esta unidad.

También tiene una vista sin obstáculos DIRECTO Golfo frente a la playa de la cocina, el cuarto familiar, y dormitorio principal.

This was our 2nd time staying at this unit. Great view, bed very comfortable, David, our host, great communication with him.Beach chairs and umbrella are included and this is a bonus! Location is great! We will stay here again!

Beautiful condo with huge balcony. View was amazing. One elevator was broke down the entire time which made access up and down very time consuming from the 17th floor. Beach access and chair service was great. Definitely hope to stay again!

Very nice and comfortable

We enjoyed our short stay. The condo is very nice and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The property was also very nice and didn’t feel crowded at all. Will stay again for our next family reunion.

Beautiful Place! Clear Water! Balcony was WOW!!

We loved this place! Great view - well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. And again that balcony is just priceless!! Thank you Dave!! We had a wonderful time.

Dave is a fantastic host! He was incredibly welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. The space was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had so much fun! Exactly what we needed for our stay! The balcony is Absolutely Amazing and enough seating to do everything from eat, play games, lay in the hammock, drink coffee and people watch on the beach. Small hiccup with the sink was taken care of almost immediately, our host answered any and all questions and concerns we had! Super beautiful and super easy stay! Will love coming back soon!

Perfect condo for five sisters!!

Pleasant experience renting this property. Everything met out expectations. Plenty of space, loved the balcony watching the sunrises and sunsets on the beach were beautiful!! Will definitely return.

The view from the balcony was exceptional. We were a little disappointed that you couldn't see the sunset. The property was clean and it was great being right on the beach.

Another great sty at the Watercrest in PCB

This was our 3rd stay at the Watercrest and it was yet again perfect. The location is ideal - easy to get places but on the quieter end of of PCB. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view can't be beat. David is always very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back.

Stunning Beach Views!

Beautiful views all the way down the Beach from this corner unit! Modern decor, check in / out was a Breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay!!! Only improvement feedback to management is. Please clean the closets out of paint and construction materials so your guests have room for their belongings and a two bedroom unit should have more than four bath towels / hand towels etc. But overall we truly enjoyed and would stay again!

Amazing views!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The morning view on the balcony was just stunning. The construction noise next door was a bit annoying but that couldn't be helped. The washer/dryer was wonderful to have. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long at all. Beach access was wonderful and getting to have the two beach chairs and umbrella was a nice ammenity. We would definitely stay here again!
