I purchased this unit in June ‘16 and have completely furnished it with all of your needs. It's located on the 21st fl of Emerald Beach Resort. This condo includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, twin bunk in the hallway, a queen sleeper sofa, and twin sleeper chair. There's a kitchen table as well as a breakfast bar to enjoy meals with your family and friends. The patio includes 2 chairs and a bench to take in all the views... sunset being my favorite. I've supplied all the dishes, towels, and any small appliances that one could possibly need so that once you check in, you can completely relax and enjoy your stay.

Everything was amazing! The view was spectacular! I loved sitting on the deck especially in the morning to watch ocean and hear the waves. The beds were comfy! The kitchen was wonderful. Loved playing card games on the kitchen table. Restaurants around there were great and in walking distance. Loved walking to Pier Park! We realized too late that the chairs and umbrella were part of the condo but enjoyed it the last day. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the room. This is a great place for a small family or a girls trip!

The location was great, communication with owner was great, pools and beach well kept. The condo was clean enough, just needs a good deep cleaning and could use more wash clothes and towels. We had 4 wash clothes and no dish towels at all. I relayed this info to the owner and I am sure that it will be taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Condo!

We had such a great week in this condo! The photos in the listing are super accurate and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (utensils, pots/pans, Keurig, etc.) The included beach chair service for the week was also a great bonus, it was so nice not to have to drag our own chairs and umbrella down to the beach every day! Overall, highly recommend staying here!

Hoa manager was horrible!!!

I was going through a really hard time due to loosing someone the week prior and forgot our parking permit. I asked the front desk if there was somewhere I could print them. They told me to see the HOA manager Menetta(not sure of spelling). She had the absolute worst attitude ever. I actually left her office crying because of her rudeness! She acted like I completely destroyed her life over printing 2 passes. She informed me it was my responsibility to print them not hers. Which I understand but my mind wasn’t in a good place over my lost. At one point she even yanked my phone out of my hand because she said I sent it to her wrong. Even though I was crying I remained calm and nicely told her how her attitude was completely unnecessary over a parking pass. She just stared at me like I was an idiot. I then thanked her for printing my 2 passes and walked out dabbing. The clerk at the desk asked if I was ok so I told them what had just happened. They said she’s always rude and hateful. Maybe she needs to be reevaluated for that position. The room was very clean and nice. The couch bed definitely needs replaced though because it was old and broken. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need. Besides a blender if you need one of those. All the staff members were nice besides the HOA manager. The hostess Jessica was amazing though! She’s very kind and responsive. Sadly I don’t think I’ll return though out of fear of needing to speak to hoa manager again.

Could have been better

None of the pull outs were clean. Had to buy our own sheets for them and also the main pullout mattress was not sleep able they had to get a mattress topper to be able to sleep comfortably after trying to fix the issue with pillows. There was a butter knife in the smaller pullout. And all kinds of dirt and trash.. when we left we made sure everything was clean and where it was suppose to be except one of the kids had gotta sick on the bed in the bedroom cleaned to our ability cause there were no extra comforters.. and then told we would have to pay for that even though we bought the insurance. We forgot to leave our arm bands and were told we had to pay 5 a piece for 4 arm bands. And then asked if we took the pillows even after telling where the pillows were multiple times. It may be a better place to stay if you don't have kids and it's just you and hubby... But I wouldn't recommend staying with small children.

Best condo and resort I’ve stayed in at PCB

The pictures didn’t do this place justice. It is much more spacious than it appears. The beds are so comfortable that I didn’t even miss my own at home. Jessica is an excellent host and responds have. The condo also had beach chairs, umbrella, & wagon already there. We’ll be booking this same place from now on. The only thing I wish I had brought is a Roku. But that’s only because I’m not a cable girl. 10 outta 10 for this place for sure!!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for fall break. The condo was very nice. Bigger than expected! However, the neighbors were smoking outside and it carried over to our condo making it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the view.
