    Lots of people love to come to the Rosemary Beach® community for its laid-back lifestyle. The town is everything you need for relaxation and making memories, and Cocoon Flat is the perfect vacation home for large families or small groups of friends who are doing just that.

    This friendly, welcoming beach home is full of warmth and style. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with natural colors with accents of happy blues and golden teak. The house has lots of windows for day lighting and lots of lights to brighten up your evenings.

    Relax in the comfy living room, which has enough seating for everyone. Watch the flat screen TV or just talk about all the fun you're having in the Rosemary Beach community. If you're hungry, there's no need to decide where to eat every night—you can simply cook at home on the stainless steel appliances. Serve your delicious creations at the dining table and breakfast bar or head out to the patio and enjoy the tropical air while you dine.

    One of the favorite things about the décor in this house is all the texturing. Layers of wood, metal, marble, and modern art are both interesting and uplifting. The lighting is also well-layered, with pendant, table, and fan lights highlighting the canister lights in the ceiling. This is part of what makes this home pop with light any time of the day.

    The master bedroom has a rustic look, and the layered lighting here helps make it bright and welcoming at all hours. The master suite has an en suite bath with gorgeous modern glass walk in shower with double shower heads and his-and-hers sinks. Another bedroom with a queen-sized bed also has two built-in bunk beds, each with its own reading light—perfect for the kids!

    If you want to take a tour around the area, take the two complimentary adult bikes and hit the road! Have lunch or dinner at one of the fine restaurants or cafes, then go shopping at the boutiques or head down to the beach to check out the warm sand, bright sun, and beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you want to play golf, there are several championship courses nearby.

Great stay for 4

Location was ideal, close to amenities but also tucked away where it was quiet. Furnishings were clean, comfortable, and overall the feel was welcoming and relaxing. We would stay there again with family or friends!

Great trip

You couldn't beat the location! The people above us were pretty noisy, but just a part of it I guess. The condo was super nice, and we didn't have to drive once!

Family Weekend Trip

Enjoyed our time. Property decorated nicely. Loved bed rooms. Kitchen was a little small to cook properly. Not a lot of counter space. Property could also use deep cleaning and in the need of repairs. Overall nice time. Great response when called property managers.

Great Stay!

Great spot and everything you need is all a short bike ride away. Clean and exactly how described & pictured. Our trip ended with a concert right next door on the green space. Other than a suggestion to having one door a keyless entry, there were no complaints at all with this unit! We will be back!

Great location

Pros- location was great! Super easy to get to the main square and beach. Easy to get to pools. The green space in front was great for the kids and there were always people out there playing baseball/kickball. Perfect size for our family of 5. Would probably we squished if you had more than that. Loved that two bikes came with it! The location and size made it worth it. Cons- We weren’t notified about construction on the street out front. It made the patio useless and made it much harder to access the park. During the day there were bulldozers and workers all around. Also, the WiFi was non existent! They send the log in info, but the first day we connected but it was slower than dial up. The next day and on, the server wouldn’t even let us connect to it. Neither bathroom door would lock and the patio door wouldn’t stay latched. Several times we would come in to find it wide open. Overall however, we had a great time in Rosemary (our third time)!

Not all rosey in Rosemary

Location was convenient and welcoming. Condo needed some attention to details (lack of supplies and kitchen wares). The cleaning was inadequate with a bedroom overlooked with unwashed sheets and unvacuumed floors. Would stay again but at another rental.
