As you walk into the loft and down the hallway, you will pass a cozy bunk room that houses both a full size and twin bed, complete with cubby shelves for luggage and your items, and charger ports for your devices. You will also pass a laundry room with full washer and dryer, and two bedrooms that both feature king size beds, space for your belongings, and Samsung Smart TVs. The master bathroom includes a vanity and stand-up tile shower, while the second bathroom offers a vanity and tub/shower combo. You will then enter the open concept living area featuring a cook's dream that includes a full kitchen with the perfect layout for large or small gatherings. The beautiful granite bar with pull up seating along with the spacious dining room table offer seating for 8, which is perfect for the whole family. Guests can gather together in the kitchen and enjoy cooking on the stainless-steel full range and oven, microwave, full refrigerator and freezer, and dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the dining room and family room with plenty of seating to enjoy movies, games, or music on the Samsung Smart TV.
Just off the family room is a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and the sunrise or unwind at the end of the day as the sun sets over the bay.
Within minutes of driving, you can enjoy beautiful beaches on either the bay or the Gulf. Cape San Blas, St Joe Beach, and nearby Mexico Beach offer the opportunity to spend the day relaxing on the beach or enjoying water sports. Spend the evening roasting marshmallows over a beach front fire and walking the shoreline collecting shells and crab hunting. If fishing is more your speed, enjoy casting right from the shore or taking off from the boat ramp to fish the plentiful waters around the area where you’ll find trout, red fish, flounder, and a variety of other sea life. If you're wanting something more up close and personal, you can kayak around to explore the bay. The calm, shallow water is perfect for children to play and you’ll often see dolphins swimming in the distance. For more fun on land, rent a bicycle and cruise the bay bike path to the lighthouse or rent or rent a golf cart and cruise around town- which is all completely golf cart friendly.
