    Ocean Reef 606 es un condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicado en el piso más bajo de los condominios (sexto piso) en Ocean Reef. La Unidad 606 está convenientemente ubicada a solo 10 pasos de un corto viaje en ascensor y se encuentra en el mismo piso que las salas de fitness y sauna. Los condominios de piso bajo tienen magníficas vistas de la playa, el golfo y el área de la piscina. Desde el sexto piso puede relajarse en el amplio balcón privado de 10 x 27 y disfrutar de una multitud de hermosas vistas de la costa esmeralda.

    La sala de estar incluye un sofá grande y un sillón con dos otomanas para asientos cómodos y espaciosos. Un gran televisor de pantalla plana Toshiba está montado en la pared para el disfrute de todos. La sala de estar colinda con el balcón e incluye una puerta con hermosas vistas a la playa y al golfo.

    El dormitorio principal frente al golfo está junto al balcón e incluye puertas de balcón separadas, cama extra grande y baño privado con tocador doble. ¿Necesita dormir más pero quiere poder disfrutar de su sala de estar? La impresionante habitación de invitados ofrece dos camas de tamaño completo con literas gemelas en la parte superior. No es necesario usar un sofá cama para los niños ... Disfrute de su sala de estar, vea esas películas nocturnas, utilice su balcón y su condominio mientras los niños duermen en las literas de la habitación de invitados. ¿Necesitas una cama extra?     Ocean Reef Condominium ofrece 330 pies de playa amplia (piense en un campo de fútbol), una gran piscina frente a la playa y una bañera de hidromasaje. Amazing balcony! I could have sat out there 24/7. Beautiful condo. Great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools. Right in the beach. Walkable to several restaurants and activities for the kids right across the street. Will definitely be back!

View from balcony perfect. The beach was visible, which I like. We were unable to use our parking space because we had a luggage carrier on top of car, but able to park in handicap space at entrance. Worked fine.

This was a beautiful condo! Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The balcony had very comfortable furniture, as did the living room. We will definitely be looking to book here again in the future.

Amazing Condo

We just had a week stay at this condo and it was wonderful. The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed plus more. This has been one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back!!

This is our second year staying at the Ocean Reef. It is in a great location and the room we stayed in 606 was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed everything about the condominium except the elevator problems. Last year one elevator was down our whole trip and we managed it. This year there was only one elevator working for the majority of our trip. Every once in a while a second one would work but for the majority of the time it was one elevator for a twenty story building. This made it a very difficult process to use it especially on check in and out days. Luckily we were on the 6th floor and we used the stairs most of the time. The people on higher levels were not so lucky. As much as we enjoyed the location and everything else with our room and the condo we will not stay at the Ocean Reef again. At least not until the elevator situation is resolved.

Everything was as advertised! Zero complaints. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Huge balcony with lots of seating, lightning-fast elevators, heated pools. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Location with Lots of Room!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay here. It was close to everything. We could walk across the street to play mini-golf, get donuts and ice cream. We booked this place for the balcony which did not disappoint. There was plenty of seating for everyone. I only wish it had a fan because it can get stuffy with the humidity. My husband and I stayed here with our college age children and their friends. We very comfortably slept 6,cooked meals in the very well appointed kitchen, ate at the large dining table, and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the view. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as well.I really liked the covered parking too. That was a great perk and since the unit was on the first floor above the garage it was easy to walk up and down the stairs which leads me to my biggest complaint; the elevators. There were 3, 2 worked most of the time. They are hot and take forever so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs a lot but it did make me feel better about eating all the good food in the area. I almost forgot, the items included like the beach wagon, extra chairs, umbrella, and paper products made the trip even better! This was by far one of our favorite beach rentals and we would gladly stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect

One of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The balcony is the best "room", but the master is a close second because of the super comfy mattress. Bath towels were fresh and fluffy, and there were many of them. The pool is basic, but crystal clear and clean. We were never disturbed by stomping feet on the floors above us or the sounds of wall-sharing neighbors - very quiet during the night. We highly recommend this unit.

Great Location!

Only complaints would be: There’s not enough elevators for the size of building and we waited each time. There were some rude employees at the pool. The pool lounging area is very small. Other than that we had a great family vacation!

A perfect place to relax

Everything was just as described. The check in process was a breeze, the property was in good shape, and the amenities of the building were great. Our two young kids loved both of the pools, and we were thankful they were heated given the sudden cold weather during our trip. The parking spot is very tight, not ideal for anything over a small SUV or sedan. We had to park in the overflow lot across the street, but this wasn't an issue after we had unloaded everything into the condo.

The wait time was so frustrating. Sometimes 15 minues. Once you did get the elevator it was packed. They did try to make it better by Saturday by getting a worker to run the elevator but there was still a wait time. I walked up one time. Not fun.

However, the building itself could definitely use some TLC. At some points there was only one elevator working, two was the max and the wait could be 5-10 minutes at times. The parking spaces are a bit narrow, but I did appreciate the security at the building. The beach attendant would hover around and snatch up chairs and umbrellas quickly, I guess he and his girlfriend wanted to leave. But there should be a clear hours for the chairs and a much better system to reserve chairs. It seemed to be at his discretion.

We love this property so much this was our second year coming back! The hospitality app the owners use to provide check-in information is easy and helpful, arrival check-in with security is simple and the covered parking garage is fantastic. The condo is well appointed, has all the beach items you'll need for younger kids as well as Beach Service for two chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay. The pools on property are well maintained and we have never heard any noise from the pool area once inside the condo with the balcony door shut. Speaking of the balcony....it's the Best Feature! Our family loves to hang out there in the evenings after dinner and listen to an audiobook before we take a twilight walk on the beach. After two years in a row here we have only found two drawbacks: 1) the property grill is charcoal. It's difficult and time consuming to grill on charcoal, so a gas grill would be appreciated, and 2) the King size mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. If you sleep too close to the edge it will roll you out into the floor, but if you sleep closer to the middle it will roll you into your partner. Both drawbacks are far outweighed by the features and convenience of the condo and the wonderful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Condo was fantastic. Our family had a blast! We walked just across the street in the morning for fresh donuts from A’more donuts one day and then another day picked up delicious breakfast sandwiches at a great price, also from A’more. We spent evenings and rainy moments at the Fun-Land Arcade also across the street and the kids actually won stuff on their claw machines. We rented jet-skis on the beach right at the beach entrance from the property (highly recommend). I could tell my wife was hesitant about the jet-skis, but she tried it and loved it! So if your significant other or friends, kids, whatever are trying to sell you on the idea, just do it! The water is clear. Recommend goggles for the water, the attendant with the chairs was really nice. The condo was clean, the couch was actually newer than what’s in the photo (leather/leatherette) which I like more than upholstered furniture, so nice surprise. Everyone that works on the premises is super nice, friendly, and inviting. The outdoor cushions were newer than what’s in the photos. The balcony is huge with tons of seating options and a great height from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The rules were simple. We live at another beach and visited here for a different vibe and clear water. No complaints at all, only great experiences and new family memories. I highly recommend booking this condo, it’s clear they really care about the property and want to ensure you have a positive experience.

Our New Favorite Vacation Spot

The rental was nicely appointed, well furnished, had plenty of space for our family of four and even had a full size washer/dryer. That's a huge bonus.It's not as large as some of our past condo's, however the balcony made it all perfect. We spend every morning before the beach and each evening before bed out here. The pool was very clean, and maintained each morning. The security staff was helpful, and we appreciate that they were keeping watch. The parking garage is a little odd, and I'm not sure I'd want to try parking in one of the spots in high season when more cars are there. I have a Highlander and was concerned about getting door dinged, but thankfully the space next to us was empty all week.Our only issues were that we needed a mixing bowl that wasn't a ginormous chip bowl, and the one average sized frying pan was unusable because of a problem with the coating on it - everything stuck. We dropped an email to the office and they responded within a couple hours and brought us new items that afternoon. Super helpful and friendly.The dishwasher is new, but has an incredibly sensitive front interface. If you start it and then walk too near it, it stops the washing cycle and you have to restart it again when you realize what's happened. We did get an error code on it while staying here, but the manager came promptly and fixed the water supply issue.Having beach service chairs was excellent, and much appreciated.Our only downside to our stay was that the property grills are charcoal instead of gas. It's a personal preference, but we don't care for the taste of the charcoal, nor having to purchase and deal with it. It's a small thing, really.Our security deposit was refunded in the time stated on the contract and without my having to request it. Great Vacation

The balcony is amazing with the perfect view and plenty of seating. The living room furniture is very nice and the recliner is a great addition. The kitchen had everything we needed including a small storage shelf that was perfect for holding your snacks, etc so they were not spread out everywhere. It was also convenient being on the 6th floor. A/C worked well and the unit stayed nice and cool. Full size washer and dryer were in perfect condition so we left with clean clothes which makes this mom happy.Location of the condo is also really nice, the beach was not too crowded because it’s the only high rise. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores without being in a heavily congested area.Overall everything was just what we needed and we would stay again.
