  • EMERALD COAST LUXURY WITH BREATH TAKING GULF VIEWS. This home was designed for comfort and enjoyment of a large group or family. Centrally located near Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in the quiet gated community of Pelican Pointe at Camp Creek, you can easily entertain a group in the open concept living area large enough for everyone to gather together. The kitchen includes a large island that seats 8-10, 2 stainless steel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 36'' gas range. Located second row back from the Gulf of Mexico beach with expansive Gulf views, the residence is perfectly designed to be sure your guests will experience the ultimate beach vacation - the exterior features a spacious outdoor area with plenty of seating, a private heated salt water pool and barbecue grill. There is parking for up to six vehicles with no room for RVs or trailers. See the view of the Gulf from four of the spacious bedroom suites. If you just want to sit back and enjoy the view, you will have gorgeous views of the emerald waters of the Gulf from two balconies that run the length of the home. When it's time for a break from the sun, use one of the home's two large entertainment rooms to watch a movie, play a game of pool, foosball, ping pong, or just hang out on one of the home's shaded porch or balconies. When you're ready to escape to the beach, you are 280 steps (three minutes) from beach access to the Gulf's sugar-white sands.

Everything was great! The host responded promptly to all our questions. We were surprised how many baby items were offered. Two cribs, a pack n' play, high chair. The house is very comfortable and it was beautiful!

The house is very well equipped, plenty of everything. Especially lots of blankets, step stools for kids to reach sinks, pillows, double fridge and double dishwashers. Host is super responsive and helpful. The house was in a convenient location right off 30a and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The floor plan made it easy to figure out sleeping arrangements. I also appreciated how everything was labeled and there was an iPad with reminders on when to take out trash, etc. Everything was well thought out and we had a great time - felt like home.

This home is incredible! Beautifully decorated and pleasant interior, excellent kitchen supplies, lovely views, super fun pool, and sooo close to the beach! Plus, it had everything we needed for fun outside or inside-- bikes, beach gear, game room, etc. We can't wait to come back!

Nous avons vécu un très bon séjour aux alentours de la Baie de Somme. La maison est très charmante. La cuisine est bien équipée, la terrasse très calme ave une vue superbe. Nous avons pu garer nos voitures et vélos dans la cour, impécable et à refaire!

We had an absolutely fabulous time in this beautiful home. It met every need and exceeded our expectations. The walk to the beach is so short and we loved how secluded it felt on this private beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and we would love to return again. The owners are wonderful and communicated so well that we had no issues during our stay.

Will definitely be back

Our family gathering of 14 had an incredible time during our week stay. Check in process was easy, location to beach was amazing and the house met our needs perfectly with a lot room/space to spare. Kathy was very responsive with any/all questions and we could not have been more pleased with our stay.

We had our whole family (21 people) stay for a week vacation.. the house fit us perfectly.. the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, there were beach and pool toys for all ages.. the beach seemed a little further than we thought plus a lot of steps up and down to the beach, the beds were comfortable. The number of people was very minimal each day.. ( we’ve gone to Destin for over 40 years and the crowds finally pushed us away) Each of the 4 families had a wonderful time… really no need to leave the house much.. Publix is very convenient!

What a great week celebrating our 50th Anniversary

Our family loved this home, 17 of us all ages from 70’s down to 1. There was space, easy access to beach and a pool to enjoy. This is definitely the best stocked rental home we have been in from the kitchen, beach gear, pool toys and bikes. We loved that it is tucked away on a private road away from the busyness of 30A. Would not hesitate to return for another wonderful week on the beach.

Beautiful and spacious

8 adults and 8 kids spent a week in this lovely house making memories and we had a wonderful time. There are so many well thought out additions: ice maker in the garage, two refrigerators and two dishwashers, ample room for games, relaxing, and plenty of laughs. We loved it!

Great house

As our family grew we were looking for a larger house to visit. After trying different houses, “Seek Rest by the Sea” has exceeded our wishes. The owners have thought of everything. Extra washers and dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, beach towel etc.. Many extras made for an easy week. Ice maker was a big plus with a family. Many positive points!Short walk to beach. Even the stairs to the beach were manageable.

Family Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room for the 12 of us, which included two toddlers, who needed their own rooms. Very short walk to the beach, and a great pool to come back to. Owner is super nice and responsive.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. It was a perfect fit for our large group. The home is furnished with every need imaginable. We have rented other properties but this is the first that all agreed they would love to rent again.

Beautiful location!

My family had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our family size (18 people) with plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach access wasn't too long and there was so many carts, chairs and umbrellas for us to use! The pool was cloudy on the first day but the pool guys came out and cleared it up in no time!! Communicating with the property management was very simple and they responded in good time to any issues/questions we had. Highly recommend this house for families with all ages!!

Wonderful memories made at this lovely home

Our entire extended family - our 3 boys with their wives and 9 grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful week at Seacrest. I especially loved the multiple decks with the views of the ocean. This home was so well equipped with everything we would need from every kitchen utensil to bikes, chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect.

Seacrest 2025

Everything about this vacation property added to the fun week our family experienced. Check in was smooth. The property was clean inside and out. Some of the things that stood out, compared to other vacation properties we have rented, were: an abundance of beach related items - towels, chairs, toys, etc.; kitchen was more than adequately equipped for a large group; plenty of bicycles. Walk to the beach was short. Retail stores, restaurants & bars were an easy walk, less than a mile away. And when we had a minor maintenance issue it was taken care of very quickly. All in all, we had a wonderful week of vacation.

Simply Perfect.

This house/property met all of our standards...and then some! Not only was it well appointed (as advertised) but there was plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. The location provided great views of the coast and beach access was a breeze. As a group, we have visited properties along the Florida coast and Carolina coast - this property was voted the BEST. We will certainly visit again. Thanks!

Happy Repeat Vacationers

This was our second year staying at this property. It is a great size for our extended family and has everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable, everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of what you would want to have at the pool and beach, a short walk to an uncrowded beach. We are planning on flying instead of driving next year because this house has everything. Kathy and Dirk are great hosts!

Family of 15

This house is amazing! All 15 of us were very comfortable and it is incredibly well stocked. We had never seen a house accommodate kids and babies so well! Close to the beach and a beautiful pool at the house- perfect combination! We took full advantage of the multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and washer/dryer sets. The kids loved the game rooms as well. We had a great week staying here!
