BEACHFRONT CONDO NOW ACCEPTING RENTALS!!

The Grand Panama Beach Resort – One of Panama City Beach’s finest resorts. The Grand Panama Resort is in a class all by itself! This one of a kind resort opened in August of 2007 on the crystal white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. This resort sits on 35 acres of pristine beach.

The Grand Panama Beach Resort features state of the art architecture, luxurious accommodations, white sandy beaches, a full service spa and fantastic swimming pools. The grounds will include beautiful gardens, an abundance of fountains and waterfalls, walking trails and lush tropical landscaping.

This spacious two bedroom, two bath unit with 1100+ square feet has plenty of room for the entire family. We have a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a set of full size bunk beds, as well as a sleeper sofa. This beautiful condo can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. This condo is located on the 6th floor of the Grand Tower 1 (unit 605). You can enjoy the ocean views from the balcony, living room, master bedroom, dining area, and even the kitchen. Other buildings do not obstruct the ocean views. You have a fabulous panoramic oceanfront view from this condo! This unit also includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full size washer and dryer in the condo. You can also checkout free DVD rentals onsite, and enjoy them on the Blu-ray players with each TV!

If you are comparing units and pricing, be sure to select the Grand Tower. The Grand Tower (a.k.a. Tower 1) is the only resort tower located on the beach. An elevated crosswalk connects tower one to the other Grand buildings and the parking garage. The Grand Panama truly has something for everyone! You could park your car and never use it again. You can exercise, swim in either of the two fabulous pools, enjoy a day at the spa, shop, or dine all on site at this amazing resort! Grand Panama amenities include 2 sparkling pools, 2 water spas, pool side Tiki bar, fitness center, business center with meeting room, covered secure parking, coffee and ice cream shop, and dining and shopping on site at the Village of Grand Panama. Grand Panama 'Village' includes: Bone Fish Grill, Another Broken Egg, Papa Johns Pizza, The Hanger, Envy Boutique, Indulgence Spa & more... Pier Park is less than a 5 minute drive.

Beautiful view somewhat dated interior. Only stayed one night as we had a week planned in Seacrest and needed one additional night. Parking was full when we arrived very late ( peak season).

Great stay at a reasonable price!

We enjoyed staying at this unit. It was perfect for our family and is accurately described on VRBO. The condo could be fixed up a little. There were bulbs not working, light fixtures not working, and some normal wear and tear over time. But I think this was a fair price that made up for it.

Nice location, beautiful view!! Resort is very nice. Pool was nice, tiki bar was great. Only complaints would be the elevators which are out of owners control. One was broken and you had to wait forever for one as there are so many floors. One thing would be nice is owners provided some beach towels as obviously that’s why most are probably renting there.

We enjoyed all that PCB has to offer. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar were nice amenities. We appreciated the regular security guard presence and seeing that the pool was thoroughly cleaned every morning.The location was nice for us because it was away from the busier parts of PCB so we could avoid the added noise and traffic congestion. The drive wasn’t far for us to get anywhere we wanted for dinner though. The details of this listing mention several restaurants on site which is not true. There’s a general store which is small. We only saw one place that advertised pizza, coffee, donuts, and dole whip among other things, but it was not open once all week. We did not see a bonefish grill or the breakfast restaurant in the VRBO listing.We found the condo left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and the unit looked to not be well maintained overall in terms of just basic cosmetic upkeep. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were pretty sad. My oldest daughter planned to sleep on the pullout couch, but there were no linens for it so she joined me on a bunk instead. There is also a 55 parking fee charged by the resort and that’s not mentioned in the listing. I was unaware until the email I received a few weeks before our stay.

Did the trick for one night but not really a condo

So this hotel is a converted Holiday inn. The room has a fridge, stove and cupboards in it but it's built into a old hotel room. The bed mattresses were really uncomfortable and the pillows were also. The check-in process was fabulous and the manager who we chatted with is also just amazing. The pool was dirty but it's on the beach so there's going to be some sand so it's understandable. We met some really cool people in the pool so as long as you're okay with the accommodations not being that great,the service and the pool and the beach and other patrons made up for it.

The property is as described, but it was not as clean as one would hope for. The balcony area was un-useable as it had a very strong urine smell. Check-in process went well. The property just needs a bit more upkeep. Half the lights were burnt out, light switches broken, balcony furniture all rusted out, and mattresses were wore out. I still believe it was a decent value, as the Grand Panama is a nice place to stay with family. Only wish for building is to get faster elevators!

The room was very clean, with plenty of dishes and assorted pots and pans. Lovely grounds and nice pool area. I guess my only complaint is there is only 3 elevators, and during check out time and check in times there was really long wait times. But overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Grand Panama condos

It was a great location . When we got to our room found it hadn't been cleaned and no sheets for the beds the floors were dirty and gritty with sand and dirty towles on bathroom floor. We paid good money for this condo and expected good service, contated the owner on sunday morning didnt hear from him.so called at 1pm said cleaning crew was coming at 2pm to clean everything. Well we back from beach and all they did was put sheets on master bed and left towles , the 2nd bed and buck beds weren't touched and floors still not cleaned , we were on vacation and shouldn't have to clean up after other ppl. This is the only complaint .

8 days. Most high rise condos have long elevator waits but this was probably the least waiting we’ve had to do. Great location. Nice clean unit.

Grand Panama 605

There were 8 adult family members staying in this condo with sleeping room for all. The full sized bunks were a nice addition and I was told they were comfortable. The mattresses in the bedrooms were sagging in the middle so it took a little getting used to but wouldn’t prevent me from a return visit. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and that was a definite plus! Location was good and the two pools were both wonderful!

Way smaller than it appears in the pictures, wait time for elevators was ridiculous and most of the stay, there was always one that wasn’t working, parking sucks if you have a full size vehicle or truck and the thermostat was locked at 70

Plenty of room with an amazing view and location

This beachfront condo was the perfect place for our family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The view was awesome with plenty of balcony space. This condo was updated and modern, very clean, and the kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to cook meals and eat. There was plenty of room, and no one had to be crowded. The bathrooms are large. The location of this condo is close to the elevators, and the balcony overlooks the pool area and beach. We were less than 200 yards from the ocean, and could see the pier from the balcony. Check in and out process was easy, and the property owner is super personable. We have already began planning our next trip to stay here.

Family Beach Vacation

Grand Panama was wonderful!! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 8. The condo has been updated since photos and was more than what I was expecting. Pool and beach access were great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy as well as loading and unloading. Condo had all the starter necessities and plenty dishes. The Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom could use updating. It squeaks with every move and the mattress is not comfortable. Overall, the condo was wonderful and we would stay here again.
