This ocean front vacation condo at the Splash Beach Resort in Panama City Beach is a fantastic family friendly vacation spot! Your kids will love it and so will you, watching them have so much fun at this Disney-like Resort. Look forward to creating memories that will last a lifetime.

This 4th floor condo is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences of home in order to make your stay truly comfortable.

* Private master bedroom with a king-sized bed with a brand new luxury hotel-quality mattress and a private balcony with an incredible gulf view
* 2nd bedroom with a queen-sized bed
* Spacious living area with a brand new luxurious queen-sized sleeper sofa
* There is a twin roll-away bed for the 7th guest (you put it either in the Master or Living room)
* 3 high definition flat-screen televisions with blue ray players
* Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops
* Dining area with a view of the gulf
* Large balcony with a direct beach-front view

* Beach Chairs and Umbrella in unit for guests to take to the beach

ABOUT THE SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is an adults-only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the pool and Lazy River. There is a poolside bar and grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably-priced menu. High-speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store and coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

We needed a nice place to stay for a quick weekend trip for a soccer tournament. The condo was perfect with an amazing view right on the beach. Jim was quick to respond and very helpful. We plan to visit again, but hopefully for longer the next time!

Very kid friendly and clean. Would like to have had disinfect spray and clorox wipes to clean up with. Maybe extra towels and trash bags. But overall awesome beach amenities and view! And location off elevators was great! Very handicapped accessable (wide doors and hand rails, but not handicap toilets) still a win in my book though! Thanks for the great stay!

A lot of fun for the children.. a great place for families with small children my grands love the splash . ...the resort itself needs disability access to the beach like a ramp to get to the beach..and definitely need to do something about the elevators!

Great condo

The condo was clean and the view was wonderful! The owner has the kitchen pretty well stocked and provides some laundry detergent which was helpful. Also has chairs, some beach items and toys and we added to the collection. We noticed a little bit of sand in the 2nd bedroom bed when we went to sleep the first.night. Most of the time there was a wait for the elevators, which obviously the owner has no control over. We usually ended up taking the stairs. I had to make 3 trips to the registration desk to get registered because each time I went no one was available. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up each day which was also really nice.

We were very pleased with property. Nice kids water play area. Full kitchen washer and dryer nice balcony. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bag chairs one boogie board a float 2 umbrellas to use at beach could not have been any better. Would absolutely stay here again. Jim was very nice and could easily be reached if needed. Was nice to spend time here with daughter and grandchildren that we dont get to see enough. bedrooms and bathrooms

Our stay

Enjoyed our stay even though it rained one day. We had 2 vehicles and 2 motorcycles and had to pay 35.00 for each. The host had said we would get 1 parking free but had to pay for the rest. This really adds up on the total amount to pay. Walking in the condo had a musky smell, not sure what it was. I expected to smell cleaning supplies and the floors were clean but still had a sticky feeling to them when barefoot. I’m sure we will rent again.

Wonderful Place For All

We loved staying at Jim's property. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was spacy and balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was nice. The pool area was great especially for kids. We loved the pools and the kid's areas especially with a 3-year-old. The beach was a very short walk from the condo! Would recommend you stay here especially if you have kids. Loved our stay! My friends and I had such a good time in this condo! It’s the perfect location. Family friendly! The host is top notch! From quick replies, answering questions, etc. The amenities for the property are also so nice.
