The unit had a strong odor like Grandma's basement - to the point that I left after the first day and did not return. The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. No shampoo or conditioner; only tiny bars of cake soap. There was a black female hair in the bathtub when I arrived (see pictures). There is nothing good to say about this place other than the location. It's less expensive than other places but even then not worth it. Don't waste your money.

Great place to stay! Clean linens, fresh towels, and plenty of beds for our three kids. This unit has easy access to the beach and super convenient access the main freeway. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quick quaint getaway! The address on the check in instructions is wrong - navigate to pinnacle port!

Great place to stay

This was my first trip to Florida, and this condo was perfect. Right on the beach, excellent views, and very clean. I will definitely recommend this to others, and hope to stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

Single dad brought two teenage daughters for a week. I was a little concerned we may be cramped but the layout gave each of us our own space. We always stay at Pinnacle Port because of the location. The host was so accommodating and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again and the price was by far the fairest I found. We couldn’t get the TVs to work but I think it was the batteries in remotes but we didn’t come to watch TV anyway.

Our family had a great time. The location is great, the pool was great. The condo is a little outdated but we didn’t mind especially for the price. We would definitely rent again.

Affordable place for your small family

I’d definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a nice affordable place to bring your family to the beach, I’d recommend; king bed downstairs, sofa bed could sleep at least 3 kids, twin bed & trundle a few more kids. Many pluses include; the views are gorgeous, spacious living room, spacious master, with a beautiful ocean view. Seagrove followed up with us assuring our stay was pleasant. It’s a nice place, but does need a few updates, FYI; -The upstairs shower is a bit tricky & not marked. When looking at the handles, the left handle is the hot, the right is cold. The left handle needs to be turned on & left on for several minutes before you get hot water, then slowly adjust the cold. The step into this shower needs repaired. -The downstairs tub is chipped & needs repaired. -Toilet seats need replaced. -If you’re a single serve coffee fan, you need to bring your own, they just have a standard coffee pot. -The kitchen sink is a bar sink, not a full size. -There needs to be a mop & mop bucket for mishaps. -You’ll need to bring your Keurig or single serve coffee maker, crock pot or instant pot, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, as there isn’t any. These are just a few things to make you aware & if you’ve stayed in other units, these things are usually there. Again, I just wanted you to be aware. It’s still a nice comfortable unit with extra sheets & blankets, nice new clean white bathroom towels! I highly recommend Seagrove!🤗

Amazing View

The pictures online did not show the amazing views from the condo! Condo was dated but comfortable. Light bulbs were missing from some lamps and outlets were loose so dryers, etc did not stay plugged in. The sliding doors to the washer/dryer would not stay on the tracks and was hard to manage. The elevators were in bad need of repair which is not your fault; but it caused us some problems being on the 7th floor and only 1 elevator was working at times. Overall, it was great because of the location close the beach and the view out of every window!

7 days of smiles

Candy wS great to deal with setting up our rental,followup, answering questions. Our condo was bigger, better, nicer than expected. Beautiful view, right on the Gulf. Very nice indoor, outdoor pool!

Water temperature and Pressure

The water pressure was low and getting the right temperature setting to shower was almost impossible. There was possibly mold on the bathroom ceiling and spiders inside and bugs on the balcony.

Great Location for Laid Back Adults

My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience and we loved the location. Plenty far away from the bars and party scene, while still being extremely convenient to Publix and Front Beach Road. The heated pool was a perfect finish to a day of adventures, we can't wait to come back!

Great location

We loved the location of Pinnacle Port. The beach was spacious and the pool was nice. The condo needs some updating but worked well for a last minute get away. We were frustrated by the tv. It was an internet tv provider and it did not work well at all.

Convenient but needs a good cleaning

We love this complex and it's proximity to the sand! We like being on the quiet side of PCB. This unit fit our family's needs for the most part. It was a short visit so we didn't plan on cooking meals. The kitchen is very small and the sink is much smaller than I expected, but if you aren't cooking much, it is fine. The main reason for an overall 3 rating is the cleanliness. This unit needs a deep cleaning.
