VRBO listing, but Vacasa App managed.
Vacasa App is quirky; once, on property check-in lady was not interested in delivering excellent guest service. However, the cleanliness of the exterior and lobby area was immaculate and fresh smelling. The Building Manager was a working machine.
The elevators took a long time, even though our visit was off-season. The rest of the Property staff was friendly.
Upon walking into the condo, the rugs were stained, and they didn't have a fresh, clean smell to the property.
The Condo was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay.
The restroom was clean, but again the tiny rugs were stained.
I took a shower to go out for dinner, and after walking on the floors, my feet got dirty. The floors were not visibly soiled or felt dirty upon walking on them, but they were based on my clean, now dirty feet.
So we went to the store to purchase a mop and a bucket and some cleaning items and soaps. We mopped all floors and hand-washed ALL but the main rug in the condo. They were filthy (owner/manager take note). We didn't mind so much, because the room rate was very reasonable. In the end, we had a great time overall, and we washed and cleaned everything we used. We left the condo cleaner upon departure and then on arrival.
