This is an AMAZING gated beach front property with abundant entertainment on site at Regency Towers. Along with it's relaxed, hospitality driven culture and big city meets small town character, this section of the beach in Northwest Florida has tremendous amounts of fun and activities to offer the entire family. The condo has undergone a complete remodel this Winter and the upgrades are wonderful. Come and enjoy this outstanding kitchen with all new slate appliances and countertops as well as a newly added free standing island with bar stools. All the new lighting makes the dining experience so wonderful! All new furniture has been added throughout the living and dining and bedrooms with 3 large Smart flat screen TV's for your enjoyment. New vanities and lighting have been added to both full baths. Enjoy the amazing views from the bedroom, living area, kitchen and balcony or step down to the beach and take advantage of the beach chair service that we provide. There are 2 padded recliners with a large umbrella. You will love the East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Regency Towers and there are three separate elevators that service all of the floors so there's no excessive waiting. Please come and enjoy this spacious 1144 sq ft condo. Of course you will want to spend time with your family on the balcony with the amazing views up and down the beach and breathtaking sunsets. The master bedroom has a lush king sized bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. The views of the Gulf are truly amazing through the large sliding doors and windows! You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, The Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. There is also a great exercise room that overlooks the Gulf. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for spending time cooking outside and enjoying our brilliant sunsets as well. There are nightly events scheduled during the Summer such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do!

At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling, etc. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park (interactive park...kiss a sea lion or swim with the dolphin), Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not... for wonderful day trips within minutes of the condo. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.

Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach and there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!
