Shores of Panama 719 features a family-friendly layout that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, all complete with our signature super soft bed linens. The condo boasts TWO master suites, a real bonus when looking for a vacation rental that will maximize your space and privacy. The first master bedroom features a king-sized bed plus an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity. The second master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed plus an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity. The bunk area is located down the hall and also features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and vanity. The fully equipped kitchen provides views out across the Gulf of Mexico, granite countertops, all appliances, lots of storage space, and everything you'll need for cooking up any meals on vacation.

The living room offers a comfy family space plus a pull-out sleeper sofa if required. If you need to do some laundry while you are here there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. A private parking space is included on the same floor as the condo - during busy times of the year, this is a HUGE bonus! Resort amenities at Shores of Panama are the best on Panama City Beach! From the pool, you are just steps to the sand with a private beach access. You may not want to leave the spectacular lagoon-style pool area – during the spring and summer months, guests can purchase cocktails from the Tiki Bar, a variety of food and snacks from the poolside cafe, and snow cones from the pool deck. For the cooler months, there is a heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

$90 registration fee on-site for 2 parking permits and 8 property wristbands. (No more than 2 permits are granted)
*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of America, or Mexico, or whatever we're calling it (note, the locals just call it the Gulf).

As a guest of Vacations Perfected you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner. Your choice of:
Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days. This is a $125 value, free for our guests.

Important things to know
*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.

​​​​​​​IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.

Beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. Overall the stay was great. The condo was great and had all the kitchen supplies to cook with but not seasonings such as salt. The elevators took a little extra time but it wasn’t too bad.

Pay attention to Elevator Comments

Beds were super comfortable and the actual condo was perfect for our stay. The view was amazing ... There were a few housekeeping issues with the property that were brought to the leasing agents attention and received with appreciation. Nothing that had to be corrected during our stay. Problem was the ELEVATORS. When you read the reviews for all condos in this building you will see the same thing... One evening the line to get on stretched all the way to the pool door -- at least 30 yards. It is a REAL PROBLEM. Wait time for any unit could easily be 15-20 minutes just to get on. After a long hot day at the beach and kids in tow, it was not a pleasant experience. Which of course is no fault of the owner... or any other owner...In my opinion the infrastructure of the building is not adequate.
