Welcome to The Grey Gull, a charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage located in the serene Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, just off Scenic Hwy 30A. Located only 700 yards from beach access and minutes away from the picturesque towns of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside, this home provides everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. Step inside to find a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, and an open-concept layout that effortlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The first floor features a cozy living room that opens to a large screened porch, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the tranquil wooded backyard with creek access. Also on the first floor, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Upstairs, the peaceful king master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a private covered patio with beautiful views of the surrounding forest. This inviting beach retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and includes bikes for exploring the area, along with convenient access to the community pool just steps away. Families will love the amazing Magnolia Cottages by the Sea! This small community of Florida cottages is just across from Seacrest Beach on Scenic Hwy 30A. The location is ideal- about 1 mile from The Big Chill on 30A and minutes to Rosemary and Alys Beach! Magnolia Cottages by the Sea will surely be the perfect peaceful beach vacation, boasting beach access and a seasonally heated community pool!

*This home is dog-friendly and allows up to two dogs, with a weight limit of 75 pounds per dog. If you are traveling with a pet, please call the reservations team within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Guests are responsible for paying a non-refundable pet fee.

Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

“The Big Chill” is an incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby.  The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
