Clean and modern unit with a beautiful beachfront view. The location was not busy and was perfect for our stay. The check-in and check-out process was communicated prior to our arrival and was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was dirty when we arrived, the bedding was dirty from the previous occupants, there was mold in the showers and washing machine. The kitchen counter in front of the sink was broken, it was hard to wash the dishes without it wanting to give out, the owner assured me that it had been temporarily fixed and it was not a safety concern. 3 out of 4 beds were broken as well. One of the king size beds the headboard was completely broken off of the frame, which caused everything to fall in between them. The two full beds, the bases were broken and the bed dipped in the center of the mattress. This unit is in bad need of repairs and a deep cleaning. The best thing about this condo was the view, the full length windows in the bedroom had an amazing view!!

The room was wonderful and better then described! My family of 5 adults had plenty of room to kick back and relax. Every bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great and had plenty of dishes for what we needed. The view was amazing and room was high enough that the noise from pool wasn't heard. We were able to see dolphins and amazing sunsets from our balcony. Also Watercrest was far enough from Pananma city beach center that the atmosphere was very calm, but we were an short drive from any activities and restraunts. We are already planning our next trip back!

We stayed here the last week of July and had a fantastic time with our kids and their friends! The condo had everything we needed and we loved having great views from two of the bedrooms and living room. We hope to stay here again!

We enjoy staying on the less busy area so to us the location was superb. The views from the balcony & master bedroom were spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I stayed here for a girl's getaway. It was great having two master suites with their own bathroom. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. It's the perfect location with an amazing view of the ocean. The only complaint we had was that the condo could use a good, deep cleaning. The walls, door frames and cabinets hadn't been wiped down in quite a while. The lamps were dusty, toothpaste was splattered on the frame of the mirror. in the bathroom etc. Whoever they have cleaning the condo isn't paying attention to the little details. We consider those minor things though and would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing. It is located right on the beach, and really accessible to all that PCB has to offer. Everything about this place was top tier. My family and I would definitely stay again in the future.

The condo was really nice. We had to buy a dust pan and a mop to clean the floors better when we arrived but we really loved it. Could use some paint on the walls and minor details touched up but I’d stay again for sure

Watercrest Fall Break

The view was amazing. The walkway to the beach made it so much easier to get to the free chairs. The elevators were very fast. The location was perfect. The condo was very nice and comfortable.
