Watercrest renovations to replace all balcony railings on the beach side will be completed on 2/28/2026. The final phase of painting the front of the building will take place 3/1/2026-5/15/2026. This Condo's parking lot side balcony will be closed during this final phase, the beachfront balcony is completed and open. Some parking limitations will occur and during this time guests will only be allowed 2 parking spaces on property.

This corner unit on the 17th floor at Watercrest offers a relaxing interior space paired with a stunning wraparound, sunset facing balcony. Enjoy all the comforts of home with one of the best views available in PCB.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a private bathroom and access to the wraparound balcony. The second bedrooms hosts two queen beds along with a private balcony on the Thomas Drive side of the building, and is directly adjacent to the unit's second bathroom which features a walk-in shower. The common area includes a sleeper sofa for two and plenty of lounging space with the stunning gulf backdrop just feet away.

Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, kiddie pool and many more enjoyable amenities. Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the St Andrew's State Park.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
