Our beautiful condo is Owner managed and located at Grand Panama Beach Resort, Tower 1-805.
It is directly in the center of the building with a large unobstructed balcony for comfort and stunning views. 🏝
The Master Bedroom is located on the beachside with a sliding door that leads out to the unit's private balcony with a sofa area. It has a King bed and flat screen tv with an attached master bathroom. Double sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home including a Keurig coffeemaker for your enjoyment.
Granite Counter Tops
Stainless steel appliances, a convection oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed, smart flat screen tv and a bathroom with access from both the bedroom and hallway.
Bunk alcove in hallway, sleeps 2.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. We do supply a queen air mattress and bedding for 2 extra guests.

Living room has a smart flat screen tv.
High speed internet included in unit.
Washer and Dryer
Tile and Vinyl Plank flooring throughout.
The Grand Panama Resort does have security cameras by the pool, hot tub, elevators and walkways for your added safety and protection.
We do have an external camera outside our front door for your safety as well.

Grand Panama Beach Resort Amenities:
2 Pools, 1 gulf front and on tower 2 deck.
both pools are heated so you can enjoy them year-round.
Coco Loco's is located in Tower 2, providing drinks, snacks, ice cream, donuts and more for your enjoyment.
Both pool areas have hot tubs.
Kiddie pool is located on beach side.
Tiki Hut on gulf side for drinks and food.
Fitness Center
Grills located in both pool areas
General Store located across street in Tower 2 for your convenience.
Vending and ice machines throughout both towers
Parking garages and outside parking also available.
Our front desk is located in Tower 2.
Parking passes, 2 vehicles per unit allowed. Wristbands will also be given out to wear on the property. There is an additional registration fee charged of $50.00 this will include your first parking pass. A 2nd pass if needed will be an additional $30.00. You can pre-register online @ www.grandpanamacoa.com. Just click on "guest registration" located on the top left corner of the page.
Information needed: Name, phone, email, arrival and departure dates, vehicle(s) information (only 2 allowed), tower and unit#. Tower 1-805.

Beach chair rental and other beach amenities located right out front.

There are many attractions nearby to enjoy.
Miniature golf, go carts, Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works to name a few.
Many great stores and restaurants in PCB. Along with Pier Park for your family's enjoyment.
Several golf courses are also in the area.
