No matter where you stand in the updated, fully-furnished and decorated condo, you are surrounded by “beach vibes”. Whether you are 2 couples traveling with or without kids, 6 friends, or grandma & grandpa getting together with grandchildren, our spacious 2-bed / 2-bath condo with bunk room is perfect for up to 6 guests. The bedrooms are even located on opposite sides of the condo for more privacy and the bunk room has a newly installed barn door. With over 1,250 total square feet, you’ll be relaxing and unwinding with more space per guest than almost anywhere else on Florida’s Emerald Coast.

GET TO KNOW THE RESORT:
With a variety of fun and amazing shared amenities, Laketown Wharf Resort is THE place to be in Panama City Beach. In addition to swimming pools and hot tubs, there is so much happening at the resort for both kids and adults that you’ll never have to leave. The newly opened 810 Billiards & Bowling offers 16 bowling lanes, billiard tables, sport simulators, Krazy Dart lanes, axe throwing and an arcade. The resort offers a fitness center, putting green, pickle ball court, boardwalk, outdoor grills & gazebo, fountain show with lights choreographed to music, 24-hour property patrol and so much more. With a variety of seasonally open restaurants (tacos, burgers, seafood, breakfast, pizza, milkshakes, sweets & adult beverages), you may even be able to stay onsite for your snacks and meals. A resort fee ($90 plus taxes and fees for 2026 season) is due with each reservation. The additional fee is paid directly to the COA and is in addition to the total fee paid on VRBO. Upon fee payment, parking pass(es) will be available for printing. A resort wristband will be available inside unit for each guest (age 12 & older) which provides access to all resort amenities. NOTE: Resort wristbands must be left inside unit at departure to avoid $100.00 replacement fee for each missing wristband.

Even with 7 elevators, due to the resort’s popularity, expect longer than normal wait times during the busiest times of the day and peak season months of March through September.

There may be times during your stay when a resort amenity is closed for maintenance, enhancements or for other reasons that are out of our control. No refunds will be given if/when this occurs.

Laketown Wharf Resort has video surveillance equipment throughout the property (including around all swimming pools and spas). The equipment is monitored by the resort's Property Patrol team for the safety and security of guests.

WHAT'S NEARBY:
Just a 2 minute walk from the resort lobby, a private gate gets resort guests easy access to the soft sugary white sand and turquoise waters of Panama City Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Just a few blocks further east, you’ll also find public beach access # 33 and # 34 – usually a bit less crowded.

No matter your age, there’s more to the area than the beach. Nearby attractions include water parks, bowling, golf courses / miniature golf, shopping and so much more. From fast food to upscale, you’ll find a variety of nearby dining options. Many can be reached on foot, and others can be reached in 15 minutes or less by car. There’s a Walmart walking distance from the resort and Pier Park, the area’s best known shopping and entertainment district, is about a 15 minute drive.

Before arriving into Panama City Beach, we will provide you with a digital copy of our Welcome Guide filled with information about Sky High Beach Vibes, Laketown Wharf Resort and many of the restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area.

KNOW BEFORE REQUESTING A RESERVATION:
Reserving guest must have a VRBO rating of 4 or higher with at least 3 reviews.

This is a NON-smoking unit and there is no tolerance policy for “partying” as this is a family friendly unit.

Age restriction and maximum occupancy: The primary guest staying in the condo is required to provide identification verifying that they are 25+ years of age and reside 100 miles or more away from Panama City Beach. Maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced.

Completion of Rental Agreement, including names and ages of all guests, is required within 24 hours from the time that it was sent to you.

Security Deposit of $500 is fully refundable within 15 days after check-out subject to ALL of the following:
- there is no damage to the unit or contents of the unit during your stay including, but not limited to, missing/stained/damaged items such as resort wristbands, linens, furnishings, walls, flooring, appliances and other onsite amenities not intended for single use only;
- no extra cleaning is required following your stay to prepare the unit for future guests.
