Fully equipped chef's kitchen; TV in every room; pack n play and high-chair. Resort style lanai with deep seat sofas, chairs and outdoor kitchen (natural gas connection for bbq, griddle and side burners); outdoor dining tables, outdoor speakers to enjoy music, 2 adult bikes, beach gears, beach towels, ping pong table, basketball hoop, corn hole and much more. Hi speed internet and desk with monitor and printer for work.

Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs, unless previously authorized (sorry no cats); must be housebroken. Pets are not allowed to enter the pool. All pets must be listed and approved before booking. Unapproved or undeclared pets will be automatically charged the standard pet fee. Pets must be crated, leashed or left in dog run outside the house if left unattended in the home to prevent damage. Food/water bowls are allowed in kitchen only. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Guest must sign a pet policy and pet waiver agreement.

At the request of the guest the pool can be heated up to 80 to 84 degrees and/or the spa can be turned on for up to 6 hours/day. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. Primary guest must be 25 years or older. Smoking strictly prohibited. Guest must sign rental agreement prior to stay.
Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
