• The home is equipped with dehumidifiers in every bathroom and two whole-home dehumidification systems
• Doors and windows must remain closed while these systems are operating
• Leaving doors open can overwhelm the system and may result in a full system shutdown
• Guests are responsible for following these guidelines to protect the integrity of the home
• Any damage caused by failure to comply may result in repair charges in accordance with the rental agreement

Pet Policy:
To preserve the condition of this home for all guests, pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets are a violation of the rental agreement and may result in additional charges, fines, and possible eviction.

Private pool:
• The private pool is reserved exclusively for Cristalino Summer guests and professionally maintained. Pool heat is available for $60 per day and must be arranged before arrival for the full duration of your stay. Guest must follow also Rules and Safety precautions in accordance with the rental agreement and house manual (both sent after booking your reservation).

Seacrest Beach Access & Community Amenities:
• One of the standout perks of staying at Cristalino Summer is access to Seacrest's private beach access and community tram service.
• Getting to the beach is simple. Walk outside, head to the tram stop to the right of the home at the stop sign, and ride straight down to the beach.

Seacrest Wristbands & Parking Passes required:
•Seacrest also requires community wristbands and parking passes for access during your stay. After booking, you will receive a link to secure your amenity packet. *The fee is already included in your reservation total, so there is no additional payment required upon arrival.*

Important lodging policies:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay
• Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in writing in advance
• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Quiet hours apply from 10 PM to 7 AM
• Guests must follow all applicable community rules

Additional rules:
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival instructions, access details, and parking information will be provided once the agreement is completed.
