Este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños frente al mar tiene ventanas de piso a techo para una vista increíble desde el interior o desde el balcón. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, televisor de pantalla plana y un baño privado con un baño recién remodelado en la ducha de azulejos. ¿Qué estás esperando, reserva esta unidad ahora!

El dormitorio principal también tiene una cama king y un área separada para 2 literas. El segundo dormitorio tiene 1 reina con acceso privado al baño completo que también tiene acceso desde el pasillo. Este baño completo también se ha remodelado con una ducha de azulejos de gran tamaño y un nuevo tocador y lavamanos. La cocina también se ha actualizado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y hermosas encimeras de granito y está bien equipada para sus vacaciones. Las vistas desde este primer piso son impresionantes. Usted también tiene una lavadora / secadora para su comodidad.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was very dirty. The master bathroom’s exhaust fan and light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling. The patio chairs were rusted and dry rotted. I had to wash the blankets and sheets prior to us sleeping. There was black stuff all over them. The springs were coming through the couch mattress. Underneath the couch bed was gross, there was old food and old cloths under there. The floors were nasty. There was paint and other repair things there, which was fine but they were just scattered out through the condo. The oven and stove were nasty. The counters had stinky stuff all over them. I have been coming the PCB for 35 years and have never had to give a bad rating but this cleaning company needs to do better.

Excellent property!!

We have stayed at the same property for two years in a row. It has plenty of room and is in an excellent location. It is on the first floor and very close to the boardwalk out to the beach. It is the most enjoyable place. We have stayed and will continue to stay here each year! One of our favorite things is the openness of the living area and kitchen! It is a very clean property and we love the parking! No parking deck, no hassle!! we love this place!

Great Get-Away

Pros: Edgewater can't be beat. Very comfortable furniture & beds Cons: TV has wrong directions but a phone number was provided for technical assistance and after about 15 min. All was good. Kitchen is not supplied very well. Lots of empty cabinets, only two wine glasses and they didn't match, no salt/pepper or any other spices Small bath tub needs snaked, doesn't drain. Still very happy with this condo and yes we'd stay again.

The front door had been kicked in . The front door dead bolt did not work. But they still rented it to me. It could be a great place with some care from the owner. Floor was missing in places. It needed a deep clean. Under the beds , wow! Scary!

Disappointing

When first arriving I immediately noticed the front door being loose when entering the code. Upon entry I noticed the door appeared to be broken into, it was split in half and the deadbolt did not work. Once entering the condo, the floor in the hallway and kitchen are in terrible condition and even taped down in areas. The floors were not very clean. The kitchen counters and coffee table was dirty. The drawers in the bedroom dressers and bathrooms were dirty. The "updates" listed were from several years ago and did not include the bathroom fans, lights, ceiling, etc. Most of the features were the same from 20+ years ago. The couch and outdoor furniture were at the end of their life. After sending an email concerning the safety of the door, the reply was reassuring me it was safe (you could get in with a credit card) with no response to fixing it. After another email explaining that the deadbolt is listed as a safety feature (because it's for safety) and my concerns for my family, they offered to install a safety latch. Overall, it was very disappointing to pay for an "updated" condo to be faced with safety concerns, dirty condo (no cleaning refund offered), and not so updated space.

Good and bad....No A/C

The stay was good, but the A/C went out two days into our 7-day stay. We had no A/C for 3 and half of the 7 days. While mgmt worked to get it fixed and the team was wonderful, sleeping in the heat for several days dampened the trip. (no discount offered)

Thoughts about Leeward 101

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. I booked this room a couple months in advance. Had a few questions prior to our arrival date, and always got a very quick reply back from the rental company. Check in was super easy(simple instructions sent via email). This is a perfect location, especially if you don't want to fight large crowds or sit and wait for the elevators. Beach was literally right in our back yard and was only a 2 minute walk to main resort. The unit was very clean and spacious as described. Kitchen was well stocked. The only (very minor) downside was only the main T.V. in the living room worked. The T.Vs in the bedroom could only be mirrored through your phone and could never figure out how to get them to work. Also you may want to bring your own bath towels. The ones provided were very old and thin. Overall our trip was fantastic from start to finish. Had a great time here.

Wonderful!

This was my kiddos first ever beach trip and we could not have picked a better place to stay! Extremely clean, easy check in and out process beautiful and safe property! We will definitely be returning and I highly suggest this to all especially those with children. Multiple pools and extremely quick and easy beach access from where we stayed in the Leeward tower!!!

Nothing short of wonderful!

We rented this condo for a girls trip which included 3 adults, 3 teens, and 2 young kids. The condo has comfortable beds, plenty of space, close parking, beach isn’t crowded, and it takes only a second to get to the beach from the room. We never felt like we were on top of one another and there’s no need in hurrying out to the beach early in the morning to set your stuff up to get a decent spot. I appreciated the gated parking and the property manager is great to work with! Plus we got to skip the check-in office when we got there! We had instructions emailed and were able to go straight to the condo once we arrived! I don’t have enough good things to say.

The whole experience was amazing from the interaction with Warren Beach Rentals to the condo. Easier vacation we have had in a long time. Definitely plan on coming back and using them again!

It was a great place and we would love to stay there again..

The only issue was the flooring in the hall way had big gaps in it and the fur use filter was disputing. Looks like it was not changes in a very long time. The chart on the fur use said it has not been changed since 2020 and it showed. Especially with what is going on and my kids go allergies it would of been better to see a cleaner air filter.

Great Place

I typically become nervous when booking vacation spots. However, this place was a great location for my family and I. We have three small children and the first floor and quick access to the beach was wonderful. Our view was beautiful and all the neighbors/travelers were friendly. There is a pool within less than a minute walk and a bigger pool option within minutes. The resort was nice. We enjoyed a hula, fire baton show and ate at the restaurant on the resort. The food was great. The children didn’t want to leave but all good times there had to end. The beach was fantastic, water was clear and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The only criticism that I would say is to add oven mittens unless you had them and I couldn’t locate and have the clean up staff do more of a deep dive with dusting and mopping the floor which I know isn’t necessarily in your control. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to others and would consider coming back in the coming years. Thank you!

Wonderful family vacation
