Overall the room was exactly as described. The beds were very comfy, however they squeak terribly. One move and you're waking up every single person in the room. The toilet kept running our entire stay, therefore my husband had to fix it numerous times. I would say an additional dresser would be helpful in the closet, there's not very many places to put your clothes if you're traveling in a group. My major dislike was the ability to contact the host. We arrived Thursday, Friday morning I went to use my two complementary beach chairs listed in the property guideline book. The chair company, while super understanding of the situation, advised there are no chairs for this property pre-paid by the owner. In the guidebook it tells you to goto the front desk, so I did. The lady there was extremely sweet, I wish I could remember her name. However she advised that the beach chairs are contracted through another company and they have no control of it. I was advised by VRBO that they would reach back out to the host and return my call. I never received a call back, therefore I was out. 60 plus tax on two chairs that were advised they were complementary. And I am still out money that I didn't plan to spend for beach service. Honestly, for the price we paid for a 4 day trip, that is my only major complaint.
