Guests enjoy private, deeded beach access with complimentary tram service, making trips to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf simple and stress-free. The charming Seacrest town center and one of 30A’s most iconic lagoon-style resort pools are just a short walk away, placing dining, shopping, and relaxation all within easy reach.



Days at Tuck’s Place unfold effortlessly. Start your mornings riding the included adult bikes to neighboring Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, spend afternoons soaking up the sun along the shoreline, and return home in the evenings to relax on the porch as warm Gulf breezes drift through. PARKING

Two parking spaces available (2 driveway). Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security.



Included are 4 bicycles (adult) for your convenience.



SEACREST BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. When you re ready to take a break from the pool and beach be sure to visit Peddlers Pavilion. Peddlers Pavilion is located in Seacrest Beach and is a collection of fun and unique businesses. Here you will find boutiques offering coastal attire to handmade jewelry. There are also some great local spots for dining. For additional entertainment shopping, dining and local events, take the Scenic 30A bike path to nearby Rosemary Beach, Florida.

*Seacrest Beach does not allow golf cart rentals.



AMENITY ACCESS

In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.



BEACH ACCESS

1. Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.



2. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. This beach access is one of our personal favorites and a short 10 minute bike ride away!



HOUSE RULES

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.

*No parties or events.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*Capacity for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

*Home must remain pet free.



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a selfie.
