Este condominio nunca ha estado en un programa de alquiler antes !!! Todo en la unidad se actualiza y exclusivo !! También se encuentra en uno de los lugares más deseables en Long Beach, la torre 2, 1ª planta, muy cerca de la piscina de la laguna !!

Imagínese que comienza su, merecidas vacaciones tan esperado por entrar en esta hermosa unidad en Long Beach! Es posible que nunca quieren irse! Disfrute de esta amplia, 1800 pies cuadrados condominio con su piso a techo vistas al mar desde todas las habitaciones, o salir a su balcón privado enorme para ver jugar a los delfines a lo largo de 1300 pies de playa de azúcar blanco! Este condominio es de lujo que viven en su mejor momento, con una cama king-size en el maestro, dos camas tamaño queen en el segundo dormitorio, y otra cama de matrimonio en la tercera suite. Todas las sábanas son de alta cuentas de algodón egipcio, que se siente maravilloso después de un día en el sol de Florida! Todas las habitaciones tienen nuevos colchones de primera calidad. Hay un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, así como televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones, la cocina está totalmente equipada y el comedor tiene un montón de asientos! Todos los baños tienen hermoso paseo de baldosas en los balnearios de ducha y lavabos dobles de mármol con nuevos gabinetes. Esta unidad es de baldosas en todo.

Long Beach está situado cerca de todos los restaurantes, parques de atracciones y tiendas (Walmart está al otro lado de la calle!). Hay una enorme piscina de la laguna (6800 pies cuadrados) con islas y cascadas, dos piscinas de la Polinesia (climatizada en temporada), bañeras de hidromasaje, bar junto a la piscina y parrilla (de temporada), el sitio de chorro de alquiler de esquí / silla de paraguas, y seguridad las 24 horas que ofrece acceso privado y un montón de aparcamiento.

Excellent communication with host!! There was an issue with our condo when we first arrived. I contacted the host, and the issue was resolved immediately. The condo that we stayed in was very clean, well decorated, and the view was spectacular! I highly recommend staying at one of the properties hosted by Kims Condos.

Love this condo. The unit has high end appliances, pots and pans and dishes. Several pans, utensils and dishes weren't cleaned well though but i always wash things before use anyway. Comfy beds and walk in showers. Kim's condos responds immediately to any concerns. We love the location of the condo being on the 2nd floor of tower 3 because we can easily walk the stairs to the main pool and car. This year the pool gate was blocked off due to a recent fire 3 floors above us. This caused us to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool, half the pool closed too as well as beach access. It also meant we had scaffolding and fencing across half our balcony with workers working very loudly early mornings. They also closed the walkway we had to use to the parking lot and pool for a couple days making us go to the main exit then further across the parking lot to the pool. None of this was anything Kim's Condos could control though. Just made our vacation less enjoyable. The location of the condo and ease to the pool and beach access is one of the reasons we choose it.

Def will come again! Absolutely beautiful and not too busy even on college spring break week. Recommend bringing nonstick pan, extra paper products and dish detergent. Property is gorgeous.

Excellent Stay

We frequently come to the Long Beach but this condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I didn’t think I’d like the lower level but actually I liked it better. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The beds felt like you were sleeping in a cloud they were so comfortable. We came to celebrate our friends anniversary along with New Years and will definitely be back. Even though it was colder than normal we had an amazing time!!

Amazing stay!

Easiest check in process, clean unit, very beautifully updated! We had all the compliments from family about our unit. The mattresses and pillows were great, wish we could find out the brand! Will most definitely be coming back!

great place especially for adults. Would be great place for three couples or a girl friend get away.

property is great. have stayed here in the past. I would suggest doing something about the last step to the beach. It's too high for elder folks and younger children, toddlers.

Thunder Beach

We have been coming to Thunder Beach for many years and have always stayed at Long Beach Resorts. This was by far the best condo that we have stayed in. We had 6 adults and everyone was very satisfied. We will return to this unit next year.

Loved this condo!

We have stayed in many condos in PCB, and this was one of our favorites. Very nice decor and updated. Kitchen was great, well-equipped and we loved the built in bar with wine refrigerator and ice maker. Location of this condo is great with easy access to the pool. The only negative was that it could have been cleaned a little better. Floors were not as clean as they should have been, especially under the chairs and tables. Crumbs left attracted ants. Kim's Condo's was great to work with. Would rent from them again.

The unit would have been perfect if it was clean.

All three bathrooms were filthy. The showers were moldy and they smelled like a cat litter box. The toilets were dirty The balcony still had someone’s fingernails (orange polish) that they had peeled off. Long Beach itself was wonderful. However, this unit was dirty. It would have been perfect if it had been clean.

Ease to communicate and rent. Appreciated the call when condo was accessible. We love this property and this end of PCB. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness due to feeling towels need to be replaced(some are very dingy) and all showers needed more focus for this price point. This would not stop from renting, but wish for this fix in the future for guests.

Amazing Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from each room were amazing. Everything was updated and the decor was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and there’s lots of room for a large family. We will definitely be back.

3 Master Bedrooms with a view

Great location, very clean and welcoming, view from the 2nd floor perfect, comes with four dedicated chairs on the beach, heated pool a perfect way to end a day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Great location....on the beach, awesome beach views from each room! A very large balcony that could easily hold all guests with plenty of seating. This condo is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kim's Condos was easy to reach by phone when questions arose and very pleasant to work with. This condo has a combination lock that allows you to set the code. This made it so easy on everyone to come and go and you did not have to worry about keys getting lost. There were plenty of luggage carts available and two fast elevators. Made getting moved in and out a breeze. Security walked the grounds and made sure all guests were safe. No worries once I arrived. There are plenty of parking spots on site in a secured lot and its a block away from WalMart. We saved hundreds by cooking our meals In the fully stocked kitchen. It even had some spices. There is a washer and dryer in the condo which was great when it came time to do laundry. Plenty of room for all eight of us, in the heart of the action. We hated to leave. We would definitely recommend this property. If you are looking for a stress free rental, look no further! Loved it😄
