The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – March 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

Whipping up a tasty breakfast before heading out will be a breeze as well with the full kitchen complete with all of the appliances of home. Plus, reminiscing with loved ones while eating meals will be easy with the breakfast bar seating and accommodating dining table. Not to mention, the spacious living area can be the ideal place to indulge in a movie night with the sound of the ever-present tide nearby!



Sitting in the heart of Panama City Beach there will be no lack of fun to be had right at your fingertips. The pristine sand is mere steps away, so beach days will be a mainstay on this vacation, yet much more awaits if you feel like venturing out a bit. For some adventure the whole family can enjoy, check out Zoo World Zoological and Botanical Conservatory (one mile away), Ripley's Believe It or Not! (half-mile away), or Shipwreck Island Waterpark (two milesaway) just to name a few! The room was very clean. Perfect location of the room right in the middle of the pools and tiki bar. Bikini Bobs on the premises great food and cheap drinks!!!! Rent the same chairs all week for no hassle. I stayed at the beach

If you like sunrise or sunset this is the condo!! The summit has great food at bikini Bob’s and cheap drinks. There is also a tiki bar by the pool. Hammerhead Fred’s across the street has great food! The bed in the condo was very comfortable. There is a ceiling fan and also a floor fan in the closet. I will stay there again! The beach and views were beautiful! Chair rentals available at the beach.

Best view to the beach

Great view! good distrubution. Only need update on shower area. Location perfect if you bring your food you don't need to leave the property, you can find food, beverage, ice, rent for chair and water activities
