* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 618 from 10/28 - 11/12. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

This Gulf front condo truly has all the comforts of home, as well as shared pools, a fitness center, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and convenient beach access. The open floor plan helps maximize family time, while the balcony offers enough space for everyone to enjoy morning coffee or take in the gorgeous sunset. Go to the pool and relax while catching up on some reading, or unwind in the hot tub and melt away your stress. Use the on-site beach access to your advantage and soak up some Florida sunshine while feeling the sand between your toes. After a long day of sun and surf, whip up a quick and delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen or order takeout from one of the many restaurants. Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite movie while the washer/dryer does your laundry for you. What's not to love with the location, amenities, and activities?!

Enjoy fishing, hiking, snorkeling, and so much more at nearby St. Andrews State Park. If you are a seafood lover, this location puts you close to some of the area's best local seafood restaurants. For kids and action seekers, there are go-karts, mini golf courses, and much more nearby. Overall the stay was decent. The pictures were not what the condo was in person. The pictures showed a couch and a loveseat, but there was no love seat.. the recliner was okay, but it didn’t sit as many as we had planned. The toilets didn’t flush well and the water kept backing up in the shower so you’d have standing water up to your ankles.

Amazing view - more updates needed.

The Summit property was well kept. Elevators were a little wonky at times but got fixed/going quickly. At check in all the carts disappear but they get them returned quickly. The restaurant on site and store were nice and had good food for reasonable prices. The condo balcony view was amazing - right in middle of building. Good location right across from the sling shot. A/c was cold. We were able to cook meals and wash and dry our clothes. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were updated/new. The living room furniture is different from photos. Things are a little antique besides the new items, but are fine. Property manager was a little rude before we checked in because I could not see something on my email she sent me- but finally got it figured out. Got sent the wrong door code, but got correct one quickly when I called. We would have to punch the door code 4-5x sometimes to enter. Loved visiting St. Andrew’s State Park $8. Overall it is amazing with the great view.

The unit needed a lot of updates

The unit was clean but the dryer didn’t work, some of the plugs didn’t work some plugs didn’t have covers, the beds were uncomfortable and the lights in the kitchen didn’t work.
