March 2026 Amenities Update: The indoor hot tub is currently closed for renovations and is estimated to reopen on 3/14/26. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance. The weight gym is open; however, the cardio side is currently closed for repairs.

This one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at The Summit offers direct beachfront access and a practical layout for couples or small families. The private bedroom includes an attached half-bath, while a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is accessible from the hallway. A set of built-in bunks and a sleeper sofa provide additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the private balcony overlooks the beach, offering a simple place to relax and enjoy the view. Guests have access to two beachfront pools, hot tubs, an on-site snack bar, and a fitness room. The resort is located near restaurants, entertainment, and attractions like ZooWorld and WonderWorks. A straightforward, comfortable space for travelers who want direct access to the beach and nearby amenities without overcomplication.



IMPORTANT:
